The Federal government is quickly becoming an enemy to the people. One more example of that is its theft of land. We recently saw an example of this in Nevada with Obama’s Bureau of Land Management attempting to destroy the livelihood of a Nevada rancher by stealing his cattle–and killing them–and sending hundreds of SWAT team-like, heavily armed para-military forces to attack him. But western states are starting to oppose these federal thieves by warning Washington to stay in Washington.
The simple truth is that the U.S. government has already stolen too much land in these United States. The feds have taken possession of land in every single state, and in some states it has taken possession of most of the state preventing citizens of those states from buying, trading, or improving those lands.
But some states, especially western states where the actions of the federal government have become especially egregious, are starting to put their foot down and saying “no more.”

If liberals want to get rid of guns in society, apparently the first place they should start is the federal government. For some unexplainable reason, nearly every federal agency has its own armed, para-military police force. From the Post Office, to the Bureau of Land Management, to even the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration they are all armed to the teeth! Why do these agencies need their own police forces? They don’t… except for the fact that they want to force their will on the American people and it’s easier to do that when you can kill anyone in your way.
The Confederate flag has a very long and controversial history, to be sure. But a recent CBS report on a flag dustup in a school in Missouri shows just how slipshod journalism is today.
BLM has been slowly destroying the cattle industry in that area for quite some time and Bundy is the last rancher left. But Bundy refuses to acquiesce to the government’s lies and jackbooted tactics. He and his family have been there for over one hundred years and he refuses to leave.
Remember, liberals say that we need to be “tolerant” of Muslims in the U.S. because, gosh darn it, they are Americans just like you and me. While you are remembering that, Muslims in Dearborn, Michigan are trying to oppress a local Christian Church because it is hosting an Easter egg hunt. Proof that Muslims are just as American and tolerant as you and me.
Without a doubt Obama’s government is constantly whipping up hatred for anyone who disagrees with the liberal line. So, at 10PM Eastern on Saturday, April 5, Fox is airing FOX News Reporting: Enemies of the State to expound on this anti-free speech crusade being perpetrated by people and entities ranging from President Obama, Senate Democrat leader Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, to the NSA and the IRS and others on the left-wing of the American political sphere. 
Yesterday I wrote a piece for Breitbbart.com about how the gay mafia destroyed the career of the new CEO of Mozilla, the company that makes the Firefox web browser. But in its acceptance of a Stalinist show trial and its elimination of the CEO, Mozilla announced that only gays should be allowed to have free speech.

Greenism is not only a religious principle it is also a fascist, authoritarian ideal and greenies in Germany are finally revealing the black soul of greenism by proposing a law that would give the state the power to forcibly enter a person’s home to ensure they are in compliance with green rules.
The U.S. Constitution says that our Second Amendment rights shall not be infringed. That’s pretty straightforward. But a middle school in Illinois has decided that shall not really means that you have no rights unless government says you are allowed to have them.
So, no doubt you are reading that headline and expecting me to be coming out in favor of perverted, privacy invading photos taken up a woman’s skirt with neither her knowledge nor approval. Naturally I am not, but I am still glad that the Massachusetts Supreme Court did not ban such illicit photography. In fact, the court did exactly what it should have.
Several years ago a mother who cares for a disabled teen was shocked to discover that the Gov. of Illinois was going to force her into a union because she gets state aid to care for her son. She protested this forced unionization and the forced paying of dues that goes with it. Now a union professor is saying that unions should use violence against this woman to silence her.
In a recent op ed at the Illinois Review Terri Koyne, the Republican Chairman for Macoupin County, tried to explain the difference between a conservative and a “platform Republican.” I sort of understood her point but found the piece to be a bit muddled not to mention historically limited.
So, according to the Obama administration, if you are a Muslim in Illinois who signed a contract to work for a company, but you find that you just don’t want to do something your boss tells you to do, why, you just don’t have to do it. Oh, and if you are fired for refusing to do the work you contracted to do, why, Obama will sue your employer for you.
In an important decision striking down the votes of the people of Virginia, a Federal Judge proved she didn’t known the difference between the Constitution of the United States and the Declaration of Independence. Thank you liberal educational establishment.

Dwayne Ferguson an African American community activist and vehement anti-gun campaigner who worked tirelessly for New York’s gun grabbing SAFE Act was arrested last week for carrying a concealed weapon into a grade school. He said he “forgot” he had the gun on him and wants to be given a pass on the violation.
At long last we get a proper ruling on the First Amendment status of bloggers, one affording them the same legal status as “real” journalists; this from the Ninth Circuit Court in California, no less.
A Michigan man legally carrying a pistol openly in a holster was illegally stopped and harassed by Grand Rapids police in March of 2013 in an incident that sparked a federal lawsuit. Now the full video of the encounter has been released to the public.

In a December 28 Facebook posting advertising its article on the A&E network’s decision to reinstate Duck Dynasty’s Phil Robertson, the Denver Post called Robertson a “hate-speech spewer.” So much for an unbiased reporting of the news.
Gay British actor Alan Cumming, was not very happy with Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal for coming to the support of Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson. In fact, Cumming called Jindal a “dickbrain” for coming to Robertson’s support.
