You read that headline right. New Jersey is making anyone, including kids, with an “unregistered” BB gun into a criminal. This is Chris Christie’s New Jersey, folks.
New Jersey’s Graves Act is one of the most strict anti-gun laws in the nation and it even makes owners of BB guns into criminals if they don’t register their “firearm” with the government. Apparently BB guns and air soft guns are included in the statutes as “firearms” in New Jersey.
You’ll put your eye out, New Jersey. And you’ll destroy the Constitution.
“In all honesty, kids who are charged are looking at mandatory jail time,” said New Jersey attorney William Proetta, adding that under the state’s Graves Act, a conviction could lead to prison time. “The only defense is to request a waiver but if that’s not granted, young kids can get a felony charge and their lives are basically over.”

Gay groups don’t care about gay slurs. They care about liberalism. So, when a liberal utters a gay slur it is brushed off as unimportant. But if a conservative seems to say something bad about gays, why, it is the end of the world. That is the case here with the recent condemnation that the gay group GLAAD doled out to Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson.

To the applause of those in the room, a New York teachers union president slammed the state’s Common Core policy as “child abuse.”
Reports are coming out saying that Congressional Democrats have about had it with the President’s massive failures and have given him 72 hours to fix Obamacare… or else.
