If you need any proof at all that governments in this very country intend to use gun registries as a means to track down and confiscate our firearms, California is only the latest example to prove it.
California used its registry of guns to begin a program of confiscating guns from people they claim are “criminals.”
But the system the state has devised to identify these evil-doers seems to be quite screwed up. Just ask Bakersfield resident Michael Merritt who was confronted with this roving goon squad of cops that have been cruising the state and confiscating guns from people who may or may not be guilty of owning guns in violation of “the law.”

Democrat Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee from Texas thinks it is the job of Congress to write a President’s Executive Orders. Apparently she doesn’t “get” that Obama is in the executive branch (hence the “executive” part of the Executive Orders) and she is in the legislative branch.
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) thinks it has a great selling point with its announcement that it took 5 firearms a day from passengers trying to board planes in 2013. But are our airports and planes safer because of this? 
CNN sports writer LZ Granderson tried to write a serious column about Chicago’s gun ban laws and only ended up making himself look foolish for the effort. This is what happens when sports dorks try to think on subjects outside their silly, inconsequential world of sports. 
Illinois is mulling a new medical marijuana law that would force pot users to sign away their right to bear arms.
Remember, liberals–especially effusive Hollywood folk–are smarter, more loving, more grown up that you knuckle dragging conservatives, and they care more about people, too. At long last we get a proper ruling on the First Amendment status of bloggers, one affording them the same legal status as “real” journalists; this from the Ninth Circuit Court in California, no less.
Northern elites love to look down their noses and sneer at southerners whom they consider loutish hayseeds who are just plain stupid. But as many in the north have dismissed the south, our states south of Mason and Dixon’s line has risen again right under the north’s very nose. Now, the best quality of life is in the south.
All across America, people are asserting their Constitutional rights when confronted by police both on the streets and in those random traffic roadblock stops. It is being called “contempt of cop” and police hate this wave of libertarian-like insistence that they respect our Constitutional rights.
The destruction of the USA is not coming nearly fast enough to suit Barack Obama. So, once again, he is threatening to use his power to issue a constant stream of Executive Orders to force his will on America because Congress just isn’t moving fast enough for him.
A Michigan man legally carrying a pistol openly in a holster was illegally stopped and harassed by Grand Rapids police in March of 2013 in an incident that sparked a federal lawsuit. Now the full video of the encounter has been released to the public.
One state, at least, is beginning to understand what the “right to bear arms” really means. Kansas is now allowing citizens with legal, concealed carry firearms licenses to carry their arms inside public buildings. And liberals are screaming bloody murder.
Barack Obama is a total hypocrite. His ignoring Hillary Clinton’s criminal failure in Benghazi is typical, but even worse we see his administration going crazy to attack New Jersey Governor Christ Christie over his bridge incident. Fox News’ Judge Jeanine Pirro really lashes Obama over these criminal failures.
