58% of US Muslims Want Free Speech to be Illegal, So Can you Be Muslim AND American?

A recent poll seems to suggest that Muslims living in the USA want to outlaw our god-given right to free speech and a large number even agree that blasphemers of the Muslim god should be executed… not “over there,” but HERE in the USA! It makes one wonder if it is possible to be both a Muslim and a true American?
For years during the invasion of Iraq under George W. Bush some doubters of Bush’s tactics said that Muslims cannot be made to understand western freedoms and constitutional government. In those heady days of nation building in the 1990s, many warned that Islam is incompatible with freedom and modernity.
For his part, President Bush insisted that Iraqis and other Muslims were “just like everyone else” and yearned to be free. Bush moved forward with his foreign policy based on the idea that this normal human yearning would make them understand and welcome our efforts there to help them throw off Islamist tyranny and begin to self govern.
While we’ve certainly had mixed and usually disappointing results from our efforts in Iraq, Afghanistan, and elsewhere in the Middle East, we have certainly seen that Islam is often a stumbling block to our idea of freedom and self government.
But what about American Muslims? We care constantly told that they are “just like every other American” and are peaceful, loyal Americans who love our system.
But, do they?

It’s Time So Much of This ‘Free Speech’ is Shut Down for Inciting Violence

The First Amendment of the United States is one of the keystone principles in our founding, certainly. And it is about time that as a nation we put an end to its abuse. Not only does this key amendment give us free speech but it also assures freedom of the press, so it’s time for government to step in and stop people from abusing it.
Over the last two days we’ve seen such abuses of the First Amendment that should infuriate every true American. We have seen, for instance, a group in Texas holding an event that was meant as a means to incite Muslims to kill people. The Federal government should have stepped in to prevent this event.
After all, what happened when they held an event soliciting graven images of the Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him? That’s right, good and true Muslims came out to kill the infidel, just as they are instructed to do by the Quran.
The simple fact is that these Muslims would not have taken up arms if not for this event.
The guardian of a free press and the First Amendment, Rukmini Callimachi of The New York Times, had it right when she Tweeted, “Free speech aside, why would anyone do something as provocative as hosting a ‘Muhammad drawing contest’?”
Callimachi is exactly right. Free speech must be put aside if it attacks the Prophet.

Muslim Terrorists Try to Disrupt Texas ‘Draw Mohammad’ Free Speech Event, Get Killed in Attack

Two would be Muslim terrorists made to disrupt the free speech event held in Garland, Texas last night. The pair drove up to the event and started shooting at police stationed outside. One officer was slightly injured but the two Muslims were instantly put down in the attack.
As of last night police were still investigating to see whether there was a bomb inside the car in which the pair drove to the event.
The event held at The Curtis Culwell Center in Garland was the “Mohammad Art Exhibit and Contest” sponsored by Pamela Geller, president of the American Freedom Defense Initiative. Geller has been planning the event for months and has said that she is talking a stand for free speech over vociferous whining from some Muslims that images of Mohammad violate their radical, Islamist teachings.
WFAA reports: “The Garland ISD officer, identified as Bruce Joiner, was shot in the lower leg and suffered non-life threatening injuries, according to a spokesman for Garland Police. He was in stable condition at a local hospital.”
The officer was already released from the hospital by late evening.

Black Writer Whines That White Hip Hop Fans Don’t ‘Give a Sh*t’ About Blacks

A fellow going by the moniker “Stereo Williams,” one who claims to be an entertainment writer from New York, is all weepy because he thinks white kids who are fans of rap music “don’t give a shit about blacks.” But a look at the lyrics of nearly any rap song pretty much proves that the blacks that make the stuff are really the ones who don’t give a shit about blacks.
In his May 5 article, eruditely entitled, “Too Many White Hip-Hop Fans Don’t Give a Shit About Black People,” the entertainment critique noted that at least two generations of Americans have now grown up with rap and hip hop music as their music of choice. But from that platform, Williams does a high jump straight to the riots in Baltimore.
Williams noted that many of the white friends he grew up with–those same kids who quoted Notorious B.I.G. and 2Pac in middle and high school–now unbelievably “vote red” and have kids of their own. Worse in his view is that some of them have taken to social media to say that the criminals and barbarians who torched Baltimore are “thugs” (his quote marks).

You Can Now Be Fired for Posting a Cartoon Gun Emoji on Twitter

In an idiotic act of PCism run amuck, The Houston Rockets NBA team has fired its social media director because he dared to posted two emoticons (or emojis) of a horse being shot by a gun after the Mavericks lost to the Rockets on Wednesday. The media guy’s bosses said that the gun emoji “wasn’t appropriate” and so fired him over it.
This is the idiocy we’ve arrived at, folks. It seems that all it takes for your career to be over these days is one non-PC action and bingo, bango, it’s the end. And why is a picture of a carttongun a fireable offense, anyway?
After the Houston Rockets beat the Mavericks, the Texans’ social media manager Chad Shanks jumped on Twitter to celebrate the team’s win–as is… or was… his job.
Shanks’ Tweet featured a cartoon gun emoji aimed at a horse invoking the old “dead horse” joke to suggest that the Mavericks were destined to lose.

Please Support My Difficult Decision to Come Out as an African American

First of all let me say that this isn’t an easy decision and I hope that everyone will support me in my time of need. That being said, I want to admit that growing up I always felt different from everyone else around me. Things always seemed so colorless to me and I was always aware that I felt darker than other boys. Now, at long last, I must admit the truth. I must stop living a lie. I must come out and admit that I was born an African American.
Oh, sure, I “look” white. But so what? I have always felt black and now I wish to publicly embrace my inner African American.
Does this sound absurd to you? Is it wrong that a 50-some-year-old white man is suddenly claiming that he’s always “felt black”?
Why should it? Why should I not decide to be black? After all, liberals say that we can merely decide to be anything we want to be these days. A man can be a woman, a woman can be a man, a man can dress like a woman but still be a man, a religious person can jettison that and be an atheist, people can alter their faces and bodies with implants of any type ala transhumanism… anything is possible.

Hypocrite Liberals Silent on Muslims Murder of Gays While Christian Cakes Raise Their Fury

Here is a fact: liberals and militant gays hate Christians more than they hate actual, real oppression of gays. This isn’t hyperbole, it is a foregone conclusion in light of the jihad that gays have launched for Christian bakeries while at the same time utterly ignoring the near daily murdering of gays in the Muslim world.
Take the newest outrage, for instance. In ISIS controlled territories Islamists are going undercover as gays in order to identify gays to be murdered later. The story from International Business Times
“ISIS is carrying out sting operations,” the news read, “in which jihadists pose as gay men. There have been instances, where families have even paid ransoms to prevent ISIS from stoning the arrested gay men, said Abu Mohammad of RBSS.”
This isn’t the first news of gays being slaughtered in Muslim countries, of course. ISIS has also been apprehending what they claim are gay men and throwing them to their deaths from tall buildings.

Voting for Any Obama AG is Voting for Corruption

This week ten purported Republicans joined the most power mad president in American history to confirm his next candidate for Attorney General, mz. Loretta Lynch. These so-called Republicans cited presidential privilege in their votes but at this point any vote for anything Obama wants is a vote for pure corruption, not the American way.
In the normal course of American history, it has been traditional to pay deference to a president’s nominations. This is a sensible practice because when a president wins election–especially if he has been given anything like a mandate vote—it is expected that he has been given the nod by the people to attempt to implement his own policies.
So, in the normal scheme of things a president should be able to expect a chance to get his handpicked team in place to do just that.

With Ben Affleck Flap, PBS Again Proves it is a Left Wing Shill

PBS is not fair or balanced and nothing it does can be trusted. We see this claim fully validated with how the network bent over for actor Ben Affleck’s demand that his slave-owning ancestry be eliminated from a recent program tracing the actor’s family.
PBS had Affleck on its show “Finding Your Roots” to trace his family history and learn of his lineage. But during the process, PBS discovered that the actor had slave owners in his family tree. Affleck was not having any of that, though, and demanded that the show edit out any of that reality. Affleck didn’t want his slave history known by the public.
Instead of retaining its integrity, PBS kowtowed to Affleck’s demands and agreed to excise all mentions from the show of the truth of his family tree.
We know all this because of an email hacker, not because PBS reported the truth to the country that pays its bills with tax dollars.

Calling a 5-Yr-Old ‘Transgender’ Is Child Abuse

A school in Maine got in hot water last week for feeding 5,6,and 7 year olds a “lesson” on being transgendered. But can a 5-year-old even be a “transgendered” kid? No. And to impress on them to think so is child abuse.
Officials at a grade school in Kittery, Maine instituted a lesson plan for its Kindergartners and its first through third graders meant to train them on the subject of transgendered kids and to push the idea that being transgendered is perfectly normal. Naturally, many parents were furious at the scheme.

Muslims Drown 12 Christians in the Sea on the Way to Italy Because they Would Not Pray to Allah

A rubber boat full of refugees from Nigeria were floating across the ocean to try and get to Italy when the Muslims on board began to throw Christians off the boat and into the sea simply because they weren’t Muslims. 12 Christians drowned due to this disgusting act of hate.
This is Islam, folks. Islam IS terrorism. It is endemic to the faith. Many westerners like to pretend that Islamic terror is only something that terrorists perpetrate and that “normal” Muslims don’t act like this. This is a serious mistake to make. Foolish westerners who think like this come by it honestly, at least. It is based on the experiences of westerners who generally don’t see religion as a justification to commit murder.
But, this story makes the lie to the claim that Islam is essentially a peaceful religion built on love. It just isn’t.
The murders began when those on the boat began to fear that the rubber craft was starting to lose air and might sink. One Christian made the mistake of praying the Jesus out loud. This set the Muslims aboard into a frenzy of murderous hate.
One of the Muslims on board the rickety craft ordered him to stop, saying: ‘Here, we only pray to Allah.’
When he refused, a violent fight ensued and 12 Christians drowned when they were thrown overboard by the Muslim refugees.
This is the soul of Islam. It was neither “terrorists” nor radicals on the boat from Nigeria to Italy. They were all refugees who were trying to escape a war-prone nation.

Hollywood Report has issued its list of the most powerful members of the New York media scene and at number one is Fox News boss Roger Ailes.
The newly released 2015 “35 Most Powerful People in New York Media” list actually includes 53 people as some of the slots were filled by several candidates at once. Not many members of the conservative media appear on the list, and some, like actor Stephen Colbert, seem a dubious choice. But at number one is the biggest name in cable news, Roger Ailes.
Each winner is interviewed by HR for its list and Fox News chief Roger Ailes took the occasion of his time to take a swipe at rival MSNBC. “I flip to MSNBC occasionally to make sure their blind pig didn’t find an acorn. But they never have once”
“I tell you who I do like at MSNBC,” Ailes added, “I like Joe and Mika.”

Salon: Marvel’s New Netflix ‘Daredevil’ is Just Like George Zimmerman

Only a left-winger can take a comic book character that was first introduced in 1964 and turn it into a comment on George Zimmerman. But that is exactly what happened at the left-wing Internet rag Salon.com.
Salon’s Scott Eric Kaufman, in fact, used his whole piece to make a strange argument that the new Internet-based version of the Marvel comic character is at once like George Zimmerman, yet not a commentary on today’s world–even though he thinks it should be. Maybe.
Early in his review, Kaufman complains that the way the comic character enacts his TV justice, is “extrajudicial” and “dangerously close to George Zimmerman territory.”
This is a bit of an absurd comparison to make. After all, isn’t every comic book hero a vigilante that could be compared to George Zimmerman at some level or so? Seriously, what comic hero isn’t the sort that takes security, or justice, or retribution, or what have you, into his own hands?

Kentucky Judges Gives Armed Robbers Light Sentence Saying Three-Year-Old White Victim is ‘Racist’

A black judge in Kentucky gave a home invader and armed robber a light sentence because he said he feels that the three-year-old white victim was a “racist” because in her victim statement the little girl said she is now afraid of black people after two black men broke into her home and threatened her with a gun.
In an outrageous statement from the bench, Louisville Judge Olu Stevens attacked the tiny white toddler and her parents for their “racism” calling the little girl’s statement “disturbing” while at the same time excusing the actions of the criminals who traumatized her. That’s right, this judge was more upset at a little girl for being scared by armed robbers than he was at the armed robbers.
At the sentencing trial of one of the robbers, a victim’s impact statement written by the little girl’s mother was entered into evidence. The statement read in part, “Whenever we are running errands, if we come across a black male, she holds me tight and begs me to leave. It has affected her friendships at school and our relationships with African-American friends.”
Then the judge outrageously attacked the little girl saying her statement disgusted him…

New Mexico Just moved Toward Restoring Private Property Rights Crimping Seizure Laws

Decades ago when civil asset forfeiture laws were first proposed they seemed like a good idea. But at this point they’ve become a corrupting influence and just an excuse to steal from citizens. Now New Mexico has made a move to reverse the damage.
The corrupt law in question, here, is the civil asset forfeiture law, a rule that was created to give cops the ability to quickly seize property and assets so that drug dealers won’t have the cash on hand–or the ability to liquidate assets–to help them get away with drug dealing.
With this law cops can seize your property and assets even if they never charge you with a crime. Worse, they often never return the money and property even if you are eventually proven innocent in a court of law.
Unfortunately, once these laws spread across the country what ended up happening in practice is that cops simply started stealing the money and property of nearly everyone they came in contact with making a mockery of both the Constitution and the whole purpose the law was created for in the first place.
In essence, forfeiture laws ended up turning police into outright criminals.

Miscreant Liberals Don’t Believe ‘Death to America’ Means Death to America

A sensible person would believe someone who says to their face that they hate them. Liberals aren’t sensible. Especially in the case of an Iran whose people shout “death to America” on a weekly basis. Insensibly, liberals refuse to believe in the words Iranians constantly fling at us all.
Examples abound, especially this week as Barack Hussein Obama continues to work on Iran’s behalf in talks over the Persian nation’s nuclear ambitions. In an act impossible to explain logically, both the news media and the Obama administration (but I repeat myself) have said multiple times that they don’t believe Iranians who chant “death to America.” Liberals believe that the continuing rallies filled with Iranians chanting “death to America” and the numerous examples of Iranian officials saying the same don’t mean what they say.
Late in March the White House dismissed Iran’s constant “death to America” chants in rallies and in official government statements as merely “rhetoric” meant for “a domestic political audience.”
Only a few days later Obama spokesperson Jen Psaki couldn’t respond with a logical answer when she was asked why Obama says that he thinks Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu can’t be trusted, but Iran’s Mullahs who chant death to American can be trusted.

Conservative PAC Formed in IL-18 Special: ‘We Have Had Enough of The Political Ruling Class’
NORMAL, IL: Conservatives in Illinois’ 18th congressional district are fighting back the political establishment, and its candidate, Obama Secretary Ray LaHood’s son Darin, by promising to produce a conservative alternative for the GOP primary.
Schock, who resigned on Tuesday, will likely be replaced in congress by the Republican who wins the special election primary, tentatively set for June 8 2015.
“We’re forming an organization of donors, business leaders, and citizens that are concerned that our government is out of control,” said McLean County elected board member Mark Johnson. “Today we filed paperwork with the FEC and begin our fight.”
Johnson will lead The Grassroots Speak PAC, joined by Ken Wilber of Wilber and Associates PC, Chris Gramm of Stivers and Gramm LLC, and Ian Bayne, a talk show host on Bloomington’s Cities 92.9 FM talk station.
“We need a candidate who wants to take on Washington, not be Washington,” said Gramm, who has been active in Republican politics in Bloomington and will work closely with Wilber, who will serve as the informal finance director.
“We need fighters who represent us against the excess of government,” added Bayne. “Our freedom is shrinking, our wages are shrinking, our businesses are shrinking, and our government keeps getting bigger. We have had enough of the political ruling class.” Bayne, who has been hosting the morning program on Limbaugh affiliate Cities 92.9, is also a small business owner in real estate valuations.
Does Speaker John Boehner Have the Political Will to Pursue IRS Thug Lois Lerner?

The Department of Justice has refused to charge former IRS chief Lois Lerner on criminal contempt charges after she refused to testify before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee last year. But this doesn’t have to be the end of any possibility of bringing Lerner to justice. IF he has the political will, Speaker John Boehner has options.
With this week’s refusal of the DOJ to charge Lerner, many are mistakenly saying that the whole thing is over. Lerner, they say, will never face justice despite refusing to testify over questions about the IRS targeting of conservative groups that came to light in 2013.
You’ll recall that as soon as Obama came to office the IRS began to use its power to intimidate conservative groups by harassing them with IRS rules and regulations and forcing them to endure an avalanche of requests for information that taxed their abilities to comply as well as forcing them to suffer through numerous audits and scrutiny. Meanwhile liberals groups were given free reign with no IRS attention. This was all obviously an ideologically-based attack on conservative groups meant to stifle them.
Last year, the chairman of the panel, Rep. Darrell Issa (R, CA), insisted that Lerner waived her 5th Amendment right to refuse to testify by making an opening statement to the committee before she claimed her right to remain silent.

The Emptiness of Obama’s Foreign Policy, He’s WORSE Than Neville Chamberlain

There is one expertly crafted sentence in news coverage of Obama’s witless “negotiations” with Iran over its nuclear ambitions that explains perfectly Obama’s total fecklessness in foreign relations.
Reuters reported this amazingly nonsensical *paragraph:
Negotiators have a tentative agreement on the rough outline of a possible public statement on the progress they have made so far that would also highlight areas of disagreement, diplomats close to the talks said.
Notice what this paragraph says. It is reporting that negotiators have agreed on a “rough outline” of what is only “a possible statement” on supposed “progress” but will also “highlight” the “disagreements” they have with one another.
In other words, they have a statement coming on nothing.
This is the epitome of Obama foreign policy.

Apple CEO Who Hates Indiana Christians Happily Does Business With Countries That Execute Gays, Stone Women

Apple CEO Tim Cook is making a particular point this week to attack Christians in Indiana calling them “dangerous,” but it seems he has no problem at all selling his products in Muslim-led countries that kill gays for being gay and stone women when they are raped. Nor does he have a problem making his product in China, the world’s leading violator of human rights.
Clearly Tim Cook is a huge hypocrite… like all liberals are.
If you tool over Cook’s Twitter feed, you’ll see several Tweets of him whining about Indiana’s Religious Restoration of Freedom Act–a law just like those in 30 other states, states that no leftist is seeking to boycott.

Are Tech Writers Full of Crap?

I have been seeing more and more reports that writers, reviewers and bloggers are by and large useless where it comes to real news about the tech industry and this failed reporting on the iPhone ap Meerkat is a perfect example.
Tero Kuittinen has a great synopsis on how the tech media reported on the Meerkat streaming media iPhone ap touting it as the next big thing in social media despite that the ap never once got into the top 100 for sales of iPhone aps.
Kuittinen points out that the reportage on Meerkat was a feeding frenzy with one tech writer feeding off another quite despite the fact that the very phone ap they were over the moon about was never the smash hit they were claiming it was.
But even as Meerkat was announcing a $14 million cash infusion by investors, a rial ap debuted that buried Meerkat instantly.

Those losing their tiny minds about it are either wholly ignorant of what is in the law, or know full well what is in it and are lying about the law in order to push their anti-Christian, gay-supporting agenda. There can be no other choice, here.
Firstly, before we even get to the case in Indiana, to act as if this whole idea is “new” is specious. Religious Freedom Restoration Acts (RFRA) have been around since President Bill Clinton signed one in the 1990s.
The first such law was signed in 1993 by Bill Clinton and was passed unanimously by the House of Representatives where it was sponsored by no less than New York’s Chuck Schumer, now one of the farthest left Senators in Washington D.C.
Furthermore, 30 other states have RFRA laws just like Indiana’s or other laws that offer RFRA-like protections–including liberal states like Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Washington state, and Illinois.

No, George Washington DIDN’T Say America Should Stay Out of Foreign Affairs

With the talk of how bad Islam is for civilization and the question of just what to do about it, we are seeing those lightly informed about American history claiming that our founders–in particular George Washington–warned us to stay out of “foreign entanglements.” In fact, however, Washington neither said this, nor meant for such a policy to be enacted.
Many on the left and the isolationist right try to use the father of our country to support their ideas against the GOP and to justify their hope that the USA will pull out of the Middle East. Specifically they cite Washington’s farewell address where a retiring president supposedly warned Americans against getting involved with foreign nations and getting caught up in those evil “foreign entanglements.”
On one hand, it is quite amusing to see lefties in love with a founding father or American history and principles for the first time in their lives, certainly, but it isn’t just the left revealing a sudden respect for a founding father with citation of Washington’s address. On the other hand those Ron Paulites and his isolationist wing on the right have for years been bandying about Washington’s farewell address as some sort of “proof” that one of our “first principles” was to stay away from foreign nations.
So, what was Washington really saying? Did he warn us against “foreign entanglements”? Did he think the U.S. should steer clear of all outside political situations and relegate ourselves only to trade with foreigners?

President John Quincy Adams: Koran is Filled With Hate

Our founders better understood Islam than our current one appears to. Take our sixth president, John Quincy Adams, for instance. He understood clearly that Islam is a creed built on hate, violence, murder, and conquest. It is NO religion of peace.
Take, for instance, how Adams described Islam in a piece he wrote in the late 1820s. How Adams explained Islam is exactly right.
The natural hatred of the Mussulmen towards the infidels is in just accordance with the precepts of the Koran. … The fundamental doctrine of the Christian religion is the extirpation of hatred from the human heart. It forbids the exercise of it, even towards enemies. … In the 7th century of the Christian era, a wandering Arab … spread desolation and delusion over an extensive portion of the earth. … He declared undistinguishing and exterminating war as a part of his religion. … The essence of his doctrine was violence and lust, to exalt the brutal over the spiritual part of human nature.
Adams isn’t alone in his characterization of Islam.
