Reason.tv went to the silly “climate march” in New York City last weekend and took some revealing video of halfwits that attended showing that most of them don’t have the first real, solid idea what they want to happen to address the problem they claimed they were marching for. But there did seem to be a consensus that capitalists need to be put in jail and the rest of us need to “do without” modern conveniences like cell phones, and the air conditioning, heating, and powering of our homes.
The sad fact is that the (mostly) aging hippies that appeared at the rally didn’t seem to have any real grasp of what sort of solutions they wanted to solve “climate change.” Instead, most just fell into rote, anti-capitalist yammering.
It seems pretty obvious that the saying “green is the new red” is perfectly apropos to these numbskulls.
One goofball even noted that he and his leftist cohorts would raise a “resistance” and mount an “actual revolution” against capitalism. I think this goof may find that other might love to inject a little lead poisoning into his campaign.
All in all, this video shows what sort of wackos, misfits, throwbacks, and fools people the climate change movement.
Naturally, when they left, the place was a total pig sty mess. These so-called environmentally conscious protesters left garbage feet deep and everywhere.

PBS and documentary maker Ken Burns have done it again with a wonderful look at the political lives of Teddy and Franklin Roosevelt. But if the series did anything it revealed to a discerning viewer how Franklin rebuilt the presidency on a pillar of hate and lies and remade the Democrat Party into a party driven by purposeful misdirection and deceit.

By joining CNN as an on-air commentator, former Obama Press Secretary Jay Carney has passed through the revolving door between the Obama administration and the media, but he is still Obama’s man and in an interview with his new employer he noted that the TV networks are to blame for Obama not being allowed to make more TV speeches. It is lain that Carney will continue to be a bind flack for Obama even on CNN.

Years ago folks that stood against unions always had that one obstacle of “private” concerns in the way of urging people away from unionism. But today, with most unions being tied directly to government, now fighting unions is an act of beneficial government reform.

At a town hall-styled meeting held at St Paul’s College in Lawrenceville, Virginia, members of the Obama administration were forced to apologize for not informing local residents that they intended to warehouse hundreds of illegal immigrants in the community.
