Federal officials are looking into whether or not a hate crime was committed after a Detroit Muslim stabbed two people at a bus stop after he demanded that they tell him if they were Muslims.
Police arrested Terrence Lavaron Thomas after the attack that occurred on Saturday. Southfield Police Chief Eric Hawkins said that Thomas was “engaged in conversation” with two people at a bus stop outside Detroit. During the conversation Thomas “asked some of the folks there if they were Muslims.”
Police say that when the bystanders told him they weren’t Muslims he “was not happy with that answer.” He then pulled out a “3-inch folding knife” and attacked them.
One of the victims was stabbed five times. Neither victim had life-threatening injuries.
Thomas was charged with two counts of assault with intent to murder and one count each of carrying a dangerous weapon and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana). His bond was set at $1 million cash/surety.
He could also be charged with a federal charge of “ethnic intimidation,” a felony.

Here we have yet another example of why unions should never, ever be allowed for government workers. A union that claims to represent police officers in Moriarty, New Mexico, is attempting to force the city to negotiate raises for officers quite despite the fact that the union doesn’t count a single member of the force as a member.
It appears that by a three to one margin presidential scholars are now convinced that Barack Obama has been the worst president ever. For as far left as most in academia are, this is quite a shock, really.

Earlier this week Vox.com released an interview with President Obama where he dismissed the radical Islamist attacks on a Jewish deli in France as just some “random shooting of a bunch of folks” instead of the Islamist terror attack it was. But what many didn’t seem to notice was Obama’s anti-Jewish rhetoric uttered during that same segment.
The Mayor of Bloomington, Illinois seems to have lost his mind after a local Tea Party blogger mentioned his son in one of her posts. The Mayor launched into an unnecessary, hyperbolic attack on the blogger calling her “total garbage,” and a “sick dirty slimy ignorant fool.” His spittle-specked attack was replete with a lack of proper punctuation, misspellings, and often in all caps. It was like he reverted to a 12-year-old mentality with his over the top reply.

Obama has now decided that almost 40 million women in America have been raped. This quite despite the fact that the government’s own national crime statistics report less than 2 million rapes in the last 20 years.
Over the weekend the family of a Muslim man buried in a British cemetery demanded that a man of Gypsy descent be dug up and moved away after his burial near their loved one. The Muslims claimed that in their “religion of peace” it wasn’t permitted to have a Gypsy buried near a Muslim and so demanded the right to control who is allowed to be buried in a public, non-denominational cemetery.
A revelatory posting by a hate-filled, radical feminist calling herself “Lana” recently appeared on the extremist website called “Injustice Stories.” The story ostensibly tells the tale of how “Lana” aborted her baby because she found out that the child was a boy. “Lana” says she killed her baby because she didn’t want to bring another male “monster” into the world. And she is proud of her decision.
The fake extremist watchdog group called the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has put Dr. Ben Carson, a leading Republican and possible GOP candidate for President, on its “extremist” watch list.
