A professor in California has been accused of “racism” and for sponsoring a “toxic” learning environment after correcting the spelling of students.
This is how bad our so-called system of education has gotten when even correcting spelling hurts our kids “self esteem.”
Professor Val Rust of the University of California at Los Angeles’ Graduate School of Education and Information Studies was confronted by students after doing his job and correcting the bad spelling of his students. The poor little waifs staged a sit-in to protest the prof.

The new Common Core school curriculum is being panned by freedom-loving Americans everywhere, but even many education experts and others are against the new education scheme. Now, a clinical social worker in New York is saying that the Common Core system is causing kids to self-mutilate.
A school in South Carolina has been forced to cancel its annual toy collection drive for the charity Operation Christmas Child by atheists who claim that the event is “religious” and therefore should not be allowed.
To the applause of those in the room, a New York teachers union president slammed the state’s Common Core policy as “child abuse.”
A faith-based relationship advisor met with resistance from teens in a Dallas, Texas high school after speaking there on Nov. 13. Some of the girls were upset that the speaker offered traditional advice about gender roles. The advice, the kids said, was “sexist.”
A Florida middle school demanded that a student remove a t-shirt from the Duck Dynasty TV show emblazoned with the word “redneck” across it claiming it was “offensive.” 
There are a few facts about the current political climate that are 100 percent beyond question. One is that the GOP establishment hates Tea Partiers and conservatives far more than they hate Democrats. Secondly, if there is amnesty for illegals, the GOP will become a permanent minority party. So, if amnesty arrives perhaps we have the opportunity to eliminate moderate Republicans and remake the GOP as a truly conservative party for the first time in history?
This is how the liberals destroy our rights, folks. A mother in Georgia has now been told she isn’t allowed to go to her own child’s taxpayer funded grade school because she has a concealed carry permit.

The Chicago Teachers Union (CTU) is pretty much run by communists and racebaiters. This month we get yet another example of that with a CTU organizer claiming that the city “belongs” to African Americans and not white people.
Here is a story that shows why we don’t let children decide what they want to do for themselves. In Arizona, a high school teacher thought it would be a great idea for his kids to put on a play that features incest and bestiality. He got suspended for this leftist idea, but the silly children are rallying behind this warper of souls hoping to get his punishment vacated.
I hate to even use the word “school” for this sort of brainless stupidity, but here we go again having a school attempting to destroy our American traditions and character this time by banning Halloween. Why? Because it is a “religious” holiday and the Constitution forbids religion in schools, of course.
Another day, another extremist, anti-American “professor” caught lying to our kids and pushing a far left agenda, this time at the University of Maryland where a so-called professor is saying that the Trayvon Martin case somehow proves that it is now legal to hunt down and kill black kids in America today.
Muslims in the Montgomery County schools in Rockville, Maryland are campaigning for public schools to take Islamic holidays off along with Christian and Jewish holidays. So, this week, the terror-tied Muslim group CAIR sponsored a rally to help push the issue.
And now the ultimate in “zero tolerance” stupidity. A school has expelled a boy from school because they heard he was playing with a toy gun in his own front yard.
It isn’t America any more when a parent can’t even ask a civil question at a town hall without having the jackbooted thugs that claim to “serve” the people forcibly ejecting him from the room. But that is what happened in the People’s Republic of Maryland this month when a parent was asking how the school curriculum would prepare kids for college.
A textbook in Texas has been discovered teaching that Americans have no individual right to keep and bear arms, essentially telling kids that only the military–or an organized militia–can have arms under the Constitution.
Illinois’ 14th District Congressman, Randy Hultgren, is a co-sponsor of a bill to create a national Science Laureate. This position will be little else but a chance for Obama to push someone into the national debate that supports all his favorite, left-wing pseudo scientific ideas like global warming, abortion, so-called green energy, and anti-fracking policy ideas. Hultgren needs to be urged to remove his support for this bill.
Remember this: liberal education policy maintains that Christians are evil. We must also remember that our system of miseducation enforces that position every day. We see it this time in Tennessee where a school has told a little girl that she isn’t allowed to write about God.
