Today Barack Obama claimed that he was going to “fix” Obamacare by making insurance companies continue to offer those polices belonging to millions of Americans that have been cancelled because of Obamacare. But does he have the legal ability to do this?
On Thursday morning Obama held a press conference again apologizing for the mess that has been the Obamacare rollout and for his four-year-long lie that we could keep our insurance “if we like it.”
So, Obama made the proclamation that instead of losing our insurance, we can keep it for another year. How generous of him, eh?
This is something one-time candidate for the Democrat nomination for President, Howard Dean, thinks that Obama probably cannot do.
“I wonder if he has the legal authority to do this, since this was a congressional bill that set this up,” Dean said on MSNBC after the President’s address.
Already authorities from Washington State have said that they cannot allow the President to reverse his destruction of millions of insurance policies and simply reinstate them just on his say so.

A Florida middle school demanded that a student remove a t-shirt from the Duck Dynasty TV show emblazoned with the word “redneck” across it claiming it was “offensive.” 
Reports are coming out saying that Congressional Democrats have about had it with the President’s massive failures and have given him 72 hours to fix Obamacare… or else.
On the November 11 broadcast of The O’Reilly Factor, Fox News commentator Bernie Goldberg claimed that conservatives can never win an election for President and the real RINOS are the Tea Partiers who care only about their “rigid ideology” instead of the Republican Party itself.
For being a law that was supposed to be “saving lives” because of the “emergency” of our healthcare system, Obamacare sure is killing a lot of people. Take Bill Elliott, for instance. He has cancer and used to have insurance that was keeping him alive. But now, thanks to Barack Obama, he’s lost his healthcare and cannot afford its Obamacare replacement. So, he figures he’ll just have to die.
On one hand Obama has spent four years lying outright to the American public telling them that they could keep their healthcare insurance and their doctors if they liked them. But now that the extent of his lie has become so obvious, we are looking back at past statements proving that on the other hand Obama knew all along that he was lying. Here is one from 2010 revealed by House GOP leader Eric Cantor’s office.
Remember that ol’ Constitution thingie? Politicians in Massachusetts don’t, at least, as is evidence with a new proposal that authorities should have the power to break down the doors of people’s homes to “inspect” the home for “gun safety violations.” Because… it’s for the kids.
Candidate Dave Wilson was the surprise winner of the District 2 seat in Tuesday’s Houston, Texas Community College Board Trustee election. It was a “surprise” because Wilson is white and District 2 is a Houston inner city electorate. But some are crying foul because Wilson sent out a pretty misleading flyer making it seem like both he and his supporters were black.
Liberals and misguided establishment Republicans (like Florida’s Jeb Bush) are pushing a new education program called Common Core, a policy that will do no less than spit out good little government automatons. But it isn’t just this new scheme of education. It’s been happening for years and all over. Commons Core just accelerates it. We are getting more evidence of this every day and this week we find our schools are teaching kids that government officials must never be questioned. So much for government being our servants.
This is how the liberals destroy our rights, folks. A mother in Georgia has now been told she isn’t allowed to go to her own child’s taxpayer funded grade school because she has a concealed carry permit.
All during the 2012 election for President of the United States, Mitt Romney claimed he wanted to “repeal” Obamacare. But now, months after he lost his bid for the White House, Romney appeared on NBC and essentially admitted that he would have done no such thing and that his plan would have been indistinguishable from Obamacare.
President Obama may be about to kill a California woman who has thus far survived cancer because his new Obamacare law has caused her to lose both her insurance and her expert cancer doctors. I guess his claim that we can keep our insurance if we like it is, well, a lie.
As the security man told Suitter in his best, erudite manner, if he continued to record on MetroLink property, “I will have to ax you to leave, sir.”
Obamacare may just be the biggest, boldest scheme by Democrats to register millions of new Democrat voters, analysts say.
