D.C. Denies Patriotic Bikers Permit to Rally on Sept. 11, But Allows Muslims to March

We reported about the story weeks ago about the planned Sept. 11 Million Muslim March on Washington DC. Then there was a response to that rally that was planned by patriotic bikers intending to get two million bikers to Washington. Well, now a new wrinkle to the story is out with the city of Washington DC deciding to deny the bikers a permit to do a no-stop ride through even as they allow the terror-approver’s march to take place.
The much criticized Million Muslim March is being planned by a group calling itself the American Muslim Political Action Committee and is nothing less than an effort to stick a terror-supporting finger in American’s collective eye. There is no possible reason to hold a Muslim-supporting event on the very day their cohorts murdered thousands of Americans on Sept. 11, 2001. No other reason unless they want to rub America’s nose in that act of terror.

Washington Post Slams Obama for wanting to ‘Trap Poor, Black Children’ in Bad Schools

The President’s Department of Justice is taking the State of Louisiana to court over its school voucher program and the lawsuit is such a bad idea that even the left-wing Washington Post is criticizing the administration for the slight, saying that AG Holder wants to “trap poor, black children in ineffective schools.”
The Post begins its editorial board September 1 piece pointing out that “nine of 10 Louisiana children who receive vouchers to attend private schools are black. All are poor and, if not for the state assistance, would be consigned to low-performing or failing schools with little chance of learning the skills they will need to succeed as adults.”
But what the editorial board says in its next sentences is shocking for a paper that generally supports the left.
“So it’s bewildering, if not downright perverse,” the paper says, “for the Obama administration to use the banner of civil rights to bring a misguided suit that would block these disadvantaged students from getting the better educational opportunities they are due.”

VIDEO: Obama’s Jobpocalypse, the New Normal?
Last week’s jobs report indicated more of the same for the American people with the economy continuing on a sluggish path. While the unemployment rate dropped to 7.3%, it dropped for all the wrong reasons with the labor force participation rate dropping to its lowest level since 1978. To make matters worse, we also learned that the President’s economy added fewer jobs in July than previously thought.

Hollywood Anti-War Left Fears It’s Racist to Oppose Obama’s Syrian War

Actor Ed Asner has explained why the anti-war Hollywood left is absent from the fight against Obama’s war in Syria. Hollywood is more afraid of looking like racists than interested in standing up for their supposed principles against killing people.
Asner made the accusation in a recent interview with the Hollywood Reporter though he also fell back on Bush-was-worse claims.
Asner is opposed to any military intervention in Syria and said that it could be considered a “war crime” if Obama were to initiate any such action, but he also had an interesting explanation on why there is no organized anti-Syria war movement in Hollywood.
“A lot of people don’t want to feel anti-black by being opposed to Obama,” Asner said.

Typical: Democrats Trying to Steal the Recall Election in Colorado

Currently in Colorado there is a recall election being staged for two Democrat State Senators. Naturally, Democrats have already been caught trying to steal this election with rampant voter fraud.
Senate President John Morse and Pueblo Senator Angela Giron, both Democrats, are being recalled because of their anti-Second Amendment votes and because they have systematically ignored the will of their constituents by voting along with the desires of the national Democrat Party instead of on local issues.
These two elections are fraught with national significance and a ton of outside money from the left, and some but not nearly as much from the right, have flooded these two districts.
Because of the national profile of these elections as a fight over the Second Amendment, Democrats are desperate to win and–as usual–will break any law to force that win.
In the video you see Democrats being accused of stuffing the ballot boxes with perhaps hundreds of illicit ballots dropped off when the election itself is supposed to be a walk-in vote only with only “hardship” ballots mailed in or dropped off early.
Figures, doesn’t it? Thieves and crooks will never change their spots and you can’t be a Democrat without those indelible spots in full bloom.

US University Bars Conservative Women from Speaking

Our “tolerant” Universities strike again. This time its the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill barring two conservative women from speaking on campus.
See, folks, even in red states the university system is corrupted and anti-American and here is yet another example of this truism.

The U of NC uninvited two well known conservative investigative reporters, Katie Pavlich and Ann McElhinney, after they were scheduled by the college Republican club to speak on campus.

Pavlich is news editor for the popular conservative website Townhall.com, as well as the award-winning author of the New York Times bestseller “Fast and Furious: Barack Obama’s Bloodiest Scandal and Its Shameless Cover-Up.” As a reporter, she broke the so-called fast and furious scandal, and has also covered the White House, the 2012 presidential election, and Second Amendment and border issues.
McElhinney, co-producer of the feature documentary “FrackNation,” is well-known as a debunker of extreme environmentalist claims. As a filmmaker and investigative journalist, she has produced documentaries for BBC and written for various newspapers covering countries including Indonesia, Romania, Vietnam, Cambodia, Uganda, Madagascar and Uzbekistan. She has appeared on an array of international media organizations including ABC, BBC, CBC (Canada), ABC (Australia), RTE (Ireland) and Fox News, and is a regular guest on talk radio shows and at conferences across America.
So what was the “reason” given for denying these speakers? It was, according to the left-wing student government that is responsible for doling out the speaker fees, because the two women were “unimpressive nonacademics whose speaking honorariums are too high and credentials too unremarkable to pay to have them give talks at the University.”

Syrian Intervention

The United States should not take unilateral hostile action in Syria as we, as a nation, have nothing to prove and certainly nothing to gain in executing limited and thereby ineffective, strikes against the Bashar al-Assad regime. Furthermore, we cannot predict what the regional consequences will be and are completely unclear as to what a Syria after Assad would even look like. Though it is certain that the United States is the leader of the free world, it is also painfully obvious, that under this current administration, our country lacks the military, moral and economic capacity to influence significantly events in the Middle East toward the betterment of America’s interests.
It is also fundamentally clear that the will of people does not support another haphazard amateurish venture into the tribal and religious morass that constitutes the geopolitical swamp of that whole region. Polling indicates that the majority believes the US cannot always be the world’s policeman, especially at this particular point in our history. Even President Obama, concluded today that he is not solely responsible for holding Assad accountable, that is, “drawing a red line”, but rather the world community has established the standard that chemical weapons can never be used.

The religion of peace is at it again, this time throwing stones at Jews visiting one of the most holy sites for three world religions. Jews arriving at the Temple Mount in Jerusalem’s Old City as they begin preparations to celebrate Rosh Hashanah were attacked by Muslims looking to prevent them from worshipping.
Rosh Hashanah is one of Judaism’s most holy days and the Temple Mount one of its most holy sites, but once again Muslims gathered to physically harm anyone not Muslim.
The attacks on Jews rose to such a fracas that police were called to put an end to the brawling between the attacking Muslims and the defending Jews.

Federal Court Says Using ‘N’ Word at Work is Illegal Even if You’re Black

A court in New York has decided that even blacks should not be allowed to use the word “nig**r” at work. I have to say, at some point I have to agree with this verdict. If African Americans can oppress the free speech of white people for using the word “nig**r,” then why should they themselves be allowed to use it? If the word is bad, then it is bad no matter who uses it… right? It is a total lack of logic that has always puzzled many.
Well, a black New York businessman tried to claim in court that the infamous “N” word is a “term of endearment among blacks and that he should be allowed to say it all day long at work. A jury, though, disagreed saying that it was discriminatory no matter who said it.
Rob Carmona, President and co-founder of the East Harlem-based STRIVE–a non-profit minority employment agency–was taken to court by another African American, a woman who claimed that Carmona’s use of the word upset her and made her run to the bathroom to cry.

Israeli Dentist Takes Out 3/4 Page Newspaper Ad Slamming Obama

I guess our only friend in the Middle East is souring a bit on The One, the Obammessiah, the Light Bringer, our President, Barack Obama, as an Israeli dentist is making waves in Israel for taking out an expensive, 3/4 page ad in a newspaper slamming Obama as having “no bite.”
The ad was taken out in the Haaretz newspaper and features a big, close-up photo of a somewhat vacant looking President Obama with an English translation caption of “Lost your bite?”–below which is the info for the dentist’s office.
The paper this ad appeared in is also interesting because it isn’t a conservative paper, but the left-wing Haaretz. The fact that a left-wing citizen took out this ad and the left-wing paper allowed this ad really goes to show how far President Obama has fallen in the eyes of our Israeli allies.
This ad comes on the heels of Obama’s constant redrawing of his “red line” with Syria as Asssad has been accused of several attacks on civilians with chemical weapons in his civil war with rebels trying to oust him.

Yes, the former Speaker of the House of Representatives is basing her ideas on what we should do in war, getting ready to determine what our government will do with our men and women at arms, determining what our vital U.S. interests are, all based on the burbling of a five-year-old.

A Tale of Two States: Illinois vs. Wisconsin in the Public Pension Debate

SPRINGFIELD – The dividing line in the national debate over the future of public-sector unions can be found between the Land of Lincoln and its neighbor to the north.
The story of Illinois and Wisconsin is a tale of two very different states.
Wisconsin, led by Gov. Scott Walker and majority Republicans, took on public-sector unions and won in the pursuit of balancing a $3.6 billion state budget shortfall in 2011.
PENSION TENSION: A large crowd of union members and the professionally outraged (kids and older people bussed to the rally) demonstrate last month in downtown Chicago.
Illinois, led by Democrats with a veto-proof supermajority in the Legislature and Democrat Pat Quinn in the governor’s mansion (at least occasionally), have long coddled the public unions to which they and their campaign war chests are beholden. Consequently, the state faces billions of dollars in unpaid bills and unfunded pension liabilities for current public employees of about $130 billion.
Wisconsin’s economic prospects have vastly improved. The state’s public pension system, while not perfect, is nearly funded – at least based on much more liberal accounting standards than market-based measures. The Badger State budget now boasts a surplus of $741 million, the vast majority of that targeted for tax cuts over the next two years.
Illinois, meanwhile, continues to be buried under a mountain of debt, a broken fiscal house that has taken the state’s credit rating with it.

There is one final point to make about the event honoring the 50th Anniversary of Martin Luther King, Jr’s “I Have a Dream” speech held last week on the steps of the Lincoln Monument in Washington DC. Why the heck were Maori tribesmen invited and why did they perform a Haka, or war dance there? Isn’t MLK an American institution?

I mean, can you imagine what would have happened in 1963 if those organizing the freedom march on Washington back then would have included a band of tattooed, weapons-carrying, “Maori tribesmen” who performed a dance of WAR replete with screams, grimacing faces, and other such overtly threatening antics?
Rightfully it would have become a controversy that far outshone all the good works done that day.
But, even the threatening nature of a war dance aside, the Maori people aren’t even America nor from an American territory or culture.
What the hell were they doing at that intrinsically American event?

Militant Gays Force Oregon Bakery to Go Out of Business

You’ll recall the story about Sweet Cakes by Melissa, the Oregon bakery that ran afoul of the gay mafia when its owners refused to cater to a gay wedding? Well, now the shop owners have decided to close their shop down due to the constant harassment at the hands of the oh, so tolerant leftists in Oregon.
Melissa and Aaron Klein, owners of the bakery, posted a notice to their Facebook page announcing the closing. “This will be our last weekend at the shop we are moving our business to an in home bakery,” the couple said on August 30.
The pair also thanked supporters for their wishes of future success saying, “Thank you again everyone for your up lifting words, and encouragement! It is much appreciated.”
The pair ran into resistance when they refused to sell their cakes to a gay couple planning a wedding.

Obama Administration Now Harassing the American Legion With IRS Intimidation

The next evil patriotic American group that Obama is using the IRS to intimidate is that well-known, dangerous organization going by the nefarious name the American Legion, the veteran’s group that has been around since WWI.
The American Legion was founded in 1919 after the so-called “war to end all wars” (which sadly didn’t turn out to be what the sobriquet promised) by American veterans who returned from fighting “over there.” Its legion halls have for years served as a place of comfort for veterans, a place where they could go to feel welcome and associate with others who had been in the military–those who know what it’s like.
But, now Obama is targeting them like one would the sort of organization one would want to intimidate and destroy, just as he has with Tea Party groups and other conservatives.

Associated Builders and Contractors Criticizes New DOL Regulations for Federal Contractors
Washington, D.C. – Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) today criticized two final rules from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) that drastically alter federal contractors’ existing affirmative action and nondiscrimination obligations for veterans and individuals with disabilities.
“Despite OFCCP’s inability to demonstrate federal construction contractors’ failure to meet requirements under existing federal law, the new rules contain numerous burdensome data collection and reporting provisions and set infeasible compliance requirements,” said ABC Vice President of Government Affairs Geoff Burr. “Although industry studies show that the individuals covered by these rules are already appropriately represented in the federal contracting sector, now contractors will be saddled with incredibly expensive record keeping obligations that will do nothing to increase employment of these individuals.”
Under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act and Section 4212 of the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act, federal contractors and subcontractors are already required to maintain affirmative action and nondiscrimination programs. However, OFCCP’s new rules revise existing procedures by drastically increasing the paperwork burdens on federal contractors in all industries.

‘New York Times’: Nixon Tapes Prove That Conservatives Should Give Up Principles

If you want a perfect example of how the left works, not to mention another example of how the Old Media establishment is thoroughly sold out to the far left, we have but to look to an August 23 piece in The New York Times by Francis X. Clines where we are told that the Nixon tapes show that Republicans should give up their principles and accept the left’s concepts and political policies.
Clines spends most of her piece talking about the release of the last batch of tape recordings made by Richard Nixon in the White House. Nixon’s tapes are, of course, a never ending source of fascination for liberals and from time to time also reveal an interesting window into the man’s soul, so the release of this last batch nearly 40 years after the President ignominiously resigned from office–the first (and only) president to do so—is of interest.
But buried at the end of her piece, Clines also unwittingly give us a window not into Nixon’s soul but into both hers and the leftist media’s souls.

Former Australian Official Attacks USA for Second Amendment Rights

In the aftermath of the murder of Australian baseball player Christopher Lane, Australia’s former Deputy Prime Minister Tim Fischer attacked the USA over its Second Amendment rights saying that our rights should be taken away from us.
Appearing on NBC, Fischer hyperbolically said that the USA was “corrupting the world” with of its Constitutional rights to bear arms.
“The U.S. has chosen the pathway of illogical policy with regard to guns. They cannot expect not to have any criticism of it worldwide. I am angry because it is corrupting the world, this gun culture of the United States,” Fischer said.

Disabled Mall Security Officer Fired After Asking Muslim to Remove Veil

A mentally disabled Bridgewater, New Jersey shopping mall security officer fired for mistakenly asking that a Muslim woman remove her veil wants his job back.
The security man, Marc Krause, of Rariatn Borough, has filed a legal complaint against General Growth Properties, owner of the Bridgewater Commons mall where the incident happened, and IPC International Corporation, the mall’s vendor for security, alleging discrimination and wrongful termination.
The dispute occurred in May when Krause asked a Muslim woman to remove her face scarf thinking he was enforcing the mall’s no-mask policy. Instead of just reprimanding him after informing him that the woman’s veil was a vestige of her religion, Krause was fired after the woman filed a lawsuit of her own.

President Obama’s Department of Defense has issued a “teaching” guide that calls our founding fathers “extremists” and advises students that today’s radicals don’t “put on sheets” but will talk of “individual liberties” reports have found.
So, according to Obama’s administration, anyone that talks about freedom and the individual liberties are latent racists–or are somehow hiding their racism–and our founders were radical extremists!
This so-called teaching guide was discovered by Judicial Watch among materials authored by the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, a DoD-funded diversity training center.

New reports have emerged showing that employees of the National Security Agency have misused their power to spy on American’s communication by keeping tabs on their own girlfriends, boyfriends, family members and neighbors, snooping into what they were doing in their daily lives.
The practice was so blatant that NSA employees had even coined a term for this type of spying: “Love-int.” This stands for “love intelligence,” as in information on loved ones.
It was recently disclosed that the NSA had broken privacy rules on nearly 3,000 occasions over just a one-year period, so imagine how many times they’ve abused their powers over the 10 years they’ve been building these capabilities!
There can be no better example than this of the old axiom, “absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

Obama EPA Official Stole $886K of Tax $$ From Agency

As Obama and the Democrats act wide-eyed over claims that there is billions in waste and fraud in the federal budget we have yet another story of it, this time with an employee of the Environmental Protection Agency stealing $886,000 in tax dollars from the EPA.
The alleged theft occurred in the EPA’s Office of Air and Radiation between the year 2000 and 2013. Accused is EPA employee John Beale.
Beale obtained the money by fraudulently claiming benefits, salary, and bonuses as well as compensation for special projects for which he “had not earned by providing employment services to the EPA.”
Republican Senator David Vitter (LA) is incensed by this.

Supposed ‘Racist’ Attacks at Oberlin College Done by Liberals Wanting to ‘Stir The Pot’

Earlier this year Oberlin College in Ohio was shut down after a series of racist, anti-Semitic, and KKK-related incidents occurred on campus. For months the liberal media went wild over the “right-wing attacks” on minorities. Now, it has been proven that the whole mess was perpetrated by two liberal Obama supporters who wanted to “stir the pot.”
In March, when news of the incidents broke, news agencies across the country gravely reported on the “racism” at the school. In one case, the Associated Press went all weak in the knees when Hollywood actress Lena Dunham–an Oberlin grad–Tweeted about how shameful it was that right-wingers were destroying her school.
But now the truth has emerged: the incidents weren’t perpetrated by real racists, or any one on the right at all.
Just as Michelle Malkin knew from the beginning, it was liberals all along.

Revealed: The Dept. of Homeland Security Employee Who Runs Racist, White-Hating Website

A Department of Homeland Security operative responsible for buying weapons and ammunition for the agency has been discovered running a website that urges black people to kill whites and to kill “Uncle Tom race traitors.”
Some of you may recall the 1.6 billion of rounds of ammo that DHS has been buying.
Now, only a few months after we’ve learned that the DHS is buying billions of rounds of ammo–not to mention tanks and armored vehicles–we find one of its procurement officers is a racist bent on the genocide of white people.
Ayo Kimathi, who calls himself the “Irritated Genie” on his website, claimed he set up the website to sell concert and lecture videos.
But what actually appears on his site is a far cry from mere promotional items.

The Only 4 State Dept. Officials Chastised for Benghazi Debacle Now Given Jobs Back, Full Pay!

Three of the only four Obama officials punished for the administration’s abject failure during the Benghazi attacks last year are now being given their jobs back.
Four Americans–including our Ambassador to Libya, Chris Stevens–were killed during the terror attacks in Benghazi, Libya, on Sept. 11, 2012, and in the immediate aftermath of the Obama administration’s horrible failure to keep our ambassador safe, four officials of the State Department were put on leave pending an investigation.
One, Eric Boswell, who was in charge of diplomatic security, resigned after he was put on leave pending an investigation. But the other three, Charlene Lamb, the deputy assistant security tasked with embassy security, as well as Scott Bultrowicz, the former director of diplomatic security, and Deputy Assistant Secretary Raymond Maxwell were all placed on leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
But now, New Secretary of State John Kerry has cleared all of them and given them their jobs back.
Worse, they were all still being paid during this whole one-year-long investigation.
