To honor our troops for this year, I am going to share this story about their mettle. What follows are excerpts from remarks by Marine Lt. Gen. John F. Kelly made to the Semper Fi Society of St. Louis on November 13, 2010. While leading his platoon on a combat patrol, Kelly’s son, Marine 1st Lt. Robert Michael Kelly, had been killed in action four days earlier in Sangin, in southern Afghanistan. Lt. Kelly was only 29-years-old.
Giving Thanks for Our Warriors
“Those with less of a sense of service to the nation never understand it when men and women of character step forward to look danger and adversity straight in the eye, refusing to blink, or give ground, even to their own deaths… No, they are not victims but are warriors, your warriors, and warriors are never victims regardless of how and where they fall. “Two years ago when I was the commander of all U.S. and Iraqi forces, in fact, the 22nd of April 2008, two Marine infantry battalions, 1/9 ‘The Walking Dead,’ and 2/8 were switching out in Ramadi… Two Marines, Corporal Jonathan Yale and Lance Corporal Jordan Haerter, 22 and 20 years old respectively, one from each battalion, were assuming the watch together at the entrance gate of an outpost that contained a makeshift barracks housing 50 Marines… Yale was a dirt poor mixed-race kid from Virginia with a wife and daughter, and a mother and sister who lived with him and he supported as well. He did this on a yearly salary of less than $23,000. Haerter, on the other hand, was a middle-class white kid from Long Island. They were from two completely different worlds… But they were Marines, combat Marines, forged in the same crucible of Marine training, and because of this bond they were brothers as close, or closer, than if they were born of the same woman.

Memorial Day Special: What American Troops Are Made Of…”

As we prepare to celebrate Memorial Day to pause in thanks for the sacrifices made by millions of Americans who died while fighting to preserve freedom, a documentary called “These Hallowed Grounds” reminds us that our war dead are not just interred here at home, but are spread across the world on battlefields almost lost to the memory of far too many of us.
When we think of our military cemeteries, those final resting places of so many American heroes, we usually think of Arlington National Cemetery, certainly. But do we think of the hundreds of American military cemeteries in such places as France, the Philippines, and other nations across the world? Sadly, not many of us do.
If you are like many of us, you may not be very well informed about all the many American cemeteries erected to memorialize our legions of war dead. To correct that deficit the PBS documentary “These Hallowed Grounds” is an excellent way to learn about these bucolic and solemn memorials.
Most Americans know of the World War Two cemetery at Omaha Beach, Normandy, site of one of the 1944 D-Day landings. But there are some twenty-one other cemeteries in eight other countries memorializing our dead from World Wars One and Two and the documentary tells the powerful tale of many of them.
Our many war cemeteries are maintained by the U.S. government’s American Battle Monuments Commission and contain monuments to some 125,000 American war dead. The names of another 94,000 missing soldiers are inscribed into the Walls Of The Missing at these locations and this film takes viewers on an important journey across the world to see and learn about them.

Never Forget the Many Americans Buried in U.S. Military Cemeteries Across the World”

A few years after the Civil War as the nation started upon its long road toward reconciliation, rebuilding, and healing the wife of one of the war’s union generals noticed the touching devotion of Confederate widows, wives and their children as each year they came together to place flowers and little flags at the graves of their fallen. Mary Simmerson Cunningham Logan was so moved by the devotion she witnessed that she urged her husband, Illinois General John A. “Blackjack” Logan, to look into creating what was to become Memorial Day.
General Logan was a Senator from Illinois and eventually became a candidate for Vice President on the 1884 Republican ticket, losing to Grover Cleveland and another Illinoisan, Vice President Adlai Stevenson. But before all that Logan was instrumental in creating Decoration Day, the celebration of the nation’s war dead that eventually became Memorial Day.
The following is the general order that Logan issued in 1868.
HEADQUARTERS GRAND ARMY OF THE REPUBLIC
General Orders No.11, WASHINGTON, D.C., May 5, 1868The 30th day of May, 1868, is designated for the purpose of strewing with flowers or otherwise decorating the graves of comrades who died in defense of their country during the late rebellion, and whose bodies now lie in almost every city, village, and hamlet church-yard in the land. In this observance no form of ceremony is prescribed, but posts and comrades will in their own way arrange such fitting services and testimonials of respect as circumstances may permit.
The Civil War General From Illinois Who Helped Create Memorial Day”

The fake news media went mad last week when a Republican candidate from Montana got in a tussle with a pajama-boy-like journalist on the eve of Election Day. Across the fake news establishment the media whined about the “violence” inherent in the Republican Party in the era of Trump. But this narrative totally ignores the history of political violence perpetrated by Democrats that goes back well before the Civil War.
The latest incident that got the fake news establishment feeling their oats was when Montana’s Republican candidate for Congress, Greg Gianforte, pushed around a reporter for the UK paper The Guardian on the day before Election Day.
The Guardian’s pajama boy apparently pushed his way into a room with the candidate which sent the latter over the edge. As audio seems to prove, the Republican then initiated a physical altercation that, as pajama boy is wont to tell over and over again, broke the reporter’s glasses.
Gianforte apologized profusely the next day. But despite the cacophony of media condemnation for his actions meant to drive Democrats to the polls to defeat him, Gianforte won his election to Congress with a comfortable margin.

Guerrilla filmmaker Ami Horowitz has been excellent at exposing the stupidity of the left and his latest film takes aim at the empty logic of “white privilege” as taught in our feckless colleges and universities.
Horowitz showed up outside a Kansas City conference pushing the nonsense of “white privilege” on students and school administrators and asked them if they truly believe in the idea, according to Daily Wire.
Naturally, every single person he asked dutifully parroted the far-left talking points and insisted that all white people are permanently racist.
One women even said that she feels “super guilty all the time” because of her so-called “white privilege.”
Most of these white leftists also told Horowitz that all whites in America are racist.

In the aftermath of the terrible bombing of children in Manchester, England, the pop singer who they came to see has offered to pay for the funerals of the victims, a report says.
Singer Ariana Grande immediately suspended her concert tour after the Islamic terror attack on her audience and now she is going one step farther by offering to pay for the funerals of the 22 victims, the Daily Mail reports.
The offer was related via a fan site dedicated to the singer.
An account dedicated to the pop superstar claims that the devastated singer has pledged to help the families of the 22 people who lost their lives in the bombing of Manchester Arena following her concert.
The site, called Ariana Updates!, shared a post saying: ‘News on Ariana: Ariana has reached out to the families who’s loves ones died last night….she is gonna pay for the funerals!’
Immediately following the attack the singer said she was “broken” by the bombing.

A new study has found that over 7 million American voters are illegally registered to vote in more than one state, and that doesn’t even include the number of counties that have more voters registered than they have voting age population.
As Democrats and their handmaidens in the U.S. court system fight tooth and nail against voter ID laws aimed at cleaning our voter rolls, a new study has found that 7.2 million Americans are registered and can vote in more than one location at a time, the Washington Free Beacon reports.
The new voter data was gathered from the Kansas-run interstate voter registration crosscheck program, which is used to identify “possible duplicate registrations among states.”
The study was conducted by the office of Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach who is now preparing to head up President Trump’s vote fraud commission.
The newest data is from crosschecks of voter registrations across 28 states that participate in the program. At least 7.2 million registrations appeared in two states at once, according to the data.

After the hilarious ABC sitcom, “Last Man Standing,” was canceled this month, many fans became suspicious that the network only dumped the popular show because of its conservative political content. Now the show’s star, comedian and actor Tim Allen, is also expressing how shocked he is over the fate of the show.
Allen, who is famous for his center-right political leanings, jumped to his Twitter account to tell fans that he, too, was surprised that his show got the ax. In his May 16 tweet, Allen said he was “stunned and blindsided” that ABC put an end to the series.

ABC cancelled the conservative-friendly show despite that it was still earning some of the better sitcom ratings on network TV. Whereas most of the shows ABC cancelled had seen steady ratings declines, “Last Man Standing” was still often winning its time slot and had experienced no meaningful loss of viewers.

It really is the most amazing thing, this Republican Health Care Bill. Usually, as a partisan, you can point to the lies from one corner of the political world and screech about how unfair it all is. But in the case of this latest Republican-sponsored health care bill, the sad fact is that all four of the most interested parties in this debate are simply lying outright about what this bill does.
When the GOP leadership of the House of Representatives finally passed its latest attempt to address the problems of Obamacare, the American Health Care Act (AHCA), the White House and the Republican Party celebrated that they finally set in motion the repealing of Obamacare. Unfortunately, the AHCA does not do that at all.
President Trump led the cheerleading with tweets and press conferences about the House plan.

The truth is, the AHCA neither repeals nor replaces Obamacare. All it does is nibble around the edges of Obama’s disastrous takeover of the nation’s healthcare system.
The House of Representatives is also trying to pull the wool over the eyes of the country by trying to make it seem as if they just repealed Obamacare. Republicans, of course, are desperate to make it appear as they have fulfilled a campaign promise. Since Obamacare was passed Republicans from coast to coast, have been promising to rid the country of Obamacare if only the voters will give them the White House and majorities in both houses. With the 2017 election they now have it, yet they have spent the fist 100 and some odd days of Trump’s presidency failing to do the one major thing they said they’d do once put in full power: eliminate Obamacare.
So, by characterizing the AHCA as a “repeal and replacement” of Obamacare, House Republicans are hoping voters take that at face value and imagine that they have fulfilled a campaign promise.

Everyone On Every Side is Lying About the GOP Health Care Bill”

Recently an envelope was found on the sticky floor of a coffee house in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and when opened it was discovered that a letter from actor Kiefer Sutherland was tucked inside. The letter appears to be an apology from the actor to his pals in Hollywood and we have the exclusive contents only right here.
Sutherland is in Toronto filming his latest political thriller TV series for ABC entitled, “Designated Survivor.”
The show features Sutherland as a lowly federal government cabinet member who is thrust into the presidency after the entire U.S. Capitol building is blown up during the president’s address to a joint session of Congress. Being chosen to stay away from the capitol as the nation’s designated survivor in case disaster strikes, Thomas Kirkman (Sutherland) suddenly finds his world forever changed.
The show follows Kirkman, a political novice and idealist, as he learns the ropes of being president on the job. The show also follows the investigation into those responsible for blowing up the capitol and killing 90% of Congress including the president and vice president, every cabinet member but Kirkman, the whole U.S. Supreme Court, and most of the nation’s Senators and Representatives.

An Opened Letter from Actor Kiefer Sutherland: ‘Dear Hollywood, This is My Apology’”

After Fox News host Bill O’Reilly was fired over a long list of sexual harassment charges, a former Fox News guest and bomb throwing blogger has cast her own veiled accusation of sexual harassment at yet another powerhouse Fox News host. Late last week blogger Debie Schlussel insisted that Sean Hannity invited her to his hotel room and then black balled her from the network when she refused. But only days later, Schlussel was found walking back the accusation.
Speaking to Oklahoma-based radio host Pat Campbell on Friday, Schlussel claimed that in the early 2000’s Hannity invited her to his hotel room after the two met at a book signing event in Detroit. She said she turned the invitation down, but after the rebuff, Hannity retaliated against her by black balling her from his show. She also insisted that soon after Fox News more or less stopped inviting her on as a guest commentator hinting that Hannity had forced the network to dump her as a guest.
Schlussel went on to claim that sexual harassment is “all over the place” at Fox.

As the State of Florida continues to be one of the nation’s key bellwether states it has also become a major swing state with Democrats seeming to have increased their presence in a state that has until recently seemed a bit more solidly red. This means that by 2020, Florida could become one of the most important states in the county.
Florida is still a growing state and by the coming 2020 census there is little doubt it will be found to have grown even more. With this growth the state will likely increase its current 29 votes in the Electoral College — the third most votes in the country — making the Sunshine State one of the most influential states in the Union.
Some feel this makes Florida a lock for the Republicans. But we must not forget that Donald Trump only took Florida away from Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton by a scant margin of one percent. So, all eyes will be on this important state in the coming election cycles. Truly what happens in Florida has national implications.
The state boasts several high profile Republicans, of course. Former Gov. and presidential candidate Jeb Bush hails from Florida, as does Marco Rubio who has become nearly household name. But the state is also home to Rep. Ron DeSantis, a congressman and legislative leader that does much of the heavy lifting in Congress for the state.
A key battle for the next few years will be the fight to reign in Obamacare and to fix America’s health care system and Rep. DeSantis has a far better record on the issue than most in Washington. Health care is critical to both Florida and the nation economically, demographically and politically and DeSantis has been a leading voice on the issue.

The Washington Post’s Daniel W. Drezner gave us all a perfect example of a typical left-wing media trick meant to slam conservatives with outright lies only to “apologize” later when no one will pay attention.
Drezner, who is a purported “professor” at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in Medford, Massachusetts, and a writer for the Post’s Spoiler Alerts blog, jumped to his Twitter feed to slam U.S. Attorney General for calling immigrants “filth.”
The “professor’s” tweet from April 11 raged, “Filth. He described illegal immigrants as ‘filth.’ Whatever your views on immigration that’s f**king embarrassing for a US official to say..”
This tweet got over 5,000 retweets and 6,000 likes as his left-wing, anti-American “fans” went wild pushing the claim that Jeff Sessions called all immigrants “filth.”
Later in the day, though, Drezner finally got around to actually investigating what Sessions actually said to see if he really did call all immigrants “filth.”

On nearly a daily basis the left-wing media breaks into its charge that conservatives are Jew-hating Nazis and today there was a perfect example of how they do it.
The first story came from the left-wing Israeli newspaper Haaretz which wrote a piece claiming that the internal White House fight between Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner and White House strategist Steve Bannon was stirring anti-Semitism.
Granted in this case Haaretz is a foreign newspaper, but what it wrote is no different than what the left-wing media in the U.S. foists on Americans as “news.”
In any case, the attempt to label Steve Bannon a Jew hater is specious right off the top. There is not any proof at all from anyone who has ever dealt with Bannon that the presidential adviser is an anti-Semite.

A Case Study in How the Left-Wing Media Smears the Right as ‘Nazis’”

Last week a newspaper in North Carolina gave its readers a perfect example of underhanded, media bias in its reporting about a woman who was arrested for voter fraud. The bias was revealed in two parts of the story. First the suspect’s party was never once mentioned — naturally she was a Democrat. And even more absurd, the story of a Democrat arrested for vote fraud was illustrated with a giant Trump-Pence campaign sign as if the criminal was a Republican Trump supporter.
The story in question was published in the Raleigh News & Observer on April 5 and told the news of a Granville County election worker who was arrested for altering records to allow convicted criminals to vote Democrat in the 2016 election.

Media Bias: North Carolina Newspaper Illustrates Democrat Vote Fraud Story with Trump-Pence Sign”

Even as the Democrats are desperately trying to gin up stories about ties between Donald Trump and the Russians, it is fitting that we get a reminder about real presidential scandals with the sudden admission from what is essentially still Obama’s Internal Revenue Service that they suddenly “found” over 6,000 documents in its corruption case from 2013. Worse, it appears the IRS did not include these 6,000 documents in its submission to Congress in 2015.
With this new revelation, we are reminded of the scandal of Obama’s IRS using its power in an attempt to destroy the conservative groups that were Obama’s political opponents. If you’ll recall, the IRS was caught forcing conservative groups to jump through a multitude of hoops to win a tax status costing those groups tens of thousands in attorney fees and all the while liberals groups were given near immediate clearance saving them thousands and allowing them to get on with their political activism in short order.

Obama’s IRS ‘Finds’ Over 6,000 Pages of Docs in Corruption Investigation It Never Gave Congress”

Since before Donald Trump won last year’s presidential election, Democrats have been desperately trying to fool the American people into thinking that Trump somehow worked hand-in-hand with the Russians to steal away the White House from Hillary Clinton. But thus far, after months of pseudo investigations, not a scintilla of proof has been revealed. And this weekend, Democrat Adam Schiff once again showed that Democrats have nothing but lies and innuendo against Trump.
Before we go on, I must address this 100 percent truth as straight as I can: There WAS NO hacking of the U.S. election. Not one vote was hacked. There was no electronic interference with the U.S. election. Period. So, whenever you hear someone say “hacked the election” just know that they are lying to you. Lying. They are not just misinformed. They are purposefully lying to mislead you into thinking the 2016 election was illegitimate.
Now, California Democrat Schiff has been at the forefront of attempting to fool America into thinking Trump is all mixed up with Vladimir Putin’s corrupt Russian government. Over last weekend, Schiff appeared on CNN’s State of the Union with host Jake Tapper to continue pushing his false claims against the president. But when Tapper asked Schiff about actual proof, the congressman’s reply was telling for its evasiveness and lack of specificity.
When Tapper asked Schiff to get more specific during the April 2 broadcast, Schiff mumbled that he “can’t say” if the evidence against any ties to Russia are correct. He also softened his previous criticism of House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R, CA) for having visited the White House before he made his revelations that the Obama administration had, indeed, been surveilling Trump and his campaign before the election. Schiff dissembled further by backing off his previous claim that evidence of collusion between Trump and Russia was “more than circumstantial.”

An illegal alien living in Arizona caused a stir, Thursday, when she jumped to her Facebook page to brag about sending in her tax returns.
As Belén Sisa wrote about her filing, she also noted that she is an illegal.
Sisa posted the following to her Facebook account:
MYTH BUSTER: I, an undocumented immigrant, just filed my taxes and PAID $300 to the state of Arizona. I cannot receive financial aid from the state or federal government for school, I cannot benefit from unemployment, a reduced healthcare plan, or a retirement fund. I think I’m a pretty good citizen. Oh and there are MILLIONS just like me who pay into a system they will never receive anything from. Wanna tell me again how I should be deported, contribute nothing and only leech off this country while the 1% wealthiest people in this country steal from you everyday? How about you show me yours Donald J. Trump? #HereToStay.
Her post quickly went viral getting over 6,500 shares.

Illegal Alien Causes Firestorm After Bragging About Filing Her Taxes in Social Media Post”

Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe (D, Clintoista) just vetoed a bill that would have allowed victims of domestic violence and abuse carry a concealed firearm without first going through the normal, time consuming permit process, especially if they have already filed for a protective order. And you thought Democrats for women’s safety, didn’t you?
McAuliffe, a long time Clinton operative, vetoed House Bill 1852 which would have authorized Virginians over the age of 21 and who are not otherwise prohibited to carry a firearm, to carry a concealed firearm for 45 days after an order of protection is filed against a purported abuser. The bill would have covered the waiting period that Virginians generally experience after applying for a concealed carry permit. Meaning that the bill would have allowed a vulnerable person (usually an abused woman) to get her right to carry a concealed handgun right away instead of having to remain unarmed for well over a month leaving her vulnerable to her abuser during that period.
The bill was passed with lopsided margins in both houses of the Virginia legislature. It passed 63-31 in the state’s House of Delegates and 26-14 in the Senate.

Liberal Virginia Governor Vetoes Bill Allowing Abused Women the Right to Protect Themselves”

As the Texas legislature debates its own version of North Carolina’s bill to protect vulnerable women and children in public restrooms, some Lone Star lawmakers have fallen for a false report issued by the president of the Texas Association of Business (TAB) who has floated debunked claims predicting dire economic repercussions if the state passes the bill into law.
The state has been debating the merits of Senate Bill 6, also known as the Texas “bathroom bill,” meant to protect the privacy of women and children and maintaining that people must use facilities based only on their birth gender.
The measure is similar to North Carolina’s year-old HB2 which brought attacks from liberals across the country and sparked boycotts by entertainers and sports leagues.
North Carolina was hit with a series of boycotts by entertainers and sports leagues after it passed its own bathroom bill early in 2016. The threat of boycotts is what TAB President Chris Wallace warned about in his debunked report insisting that Texas would loose billions if it were to pass its own bathroom bill. Wallace warned Texas legislators that passing SB 6 would cost the state up to 185,000 jobs and as much as $8.5 billion in lost revenues, according to Breitbart News.
But even the purported “successful” boycotts launched against North Carolina were a dismal failure.

By all accounts Judge Neil Gorsuch is one of the most qualified Supreme Court nominees for sometime, but despite the fact that he was once confirmed to the bench with glowing accolades even from Democrats, the left-wing party’s “leadership” is preparing to go to war to stop Trump’s first Supreme Court pick from taking his place on the high court. It all just goes to show that Democrats don’t care about right and wrong, don’t care about what is good for the country, and don’t care about custom, history, or propriety. They only care about crass political partisanship.
During this week of Senate hearings Judge Neil Gorsuch has proven to be an extremely well-spoken, thoughtful man who has been able to gently put in their place every Democrat halfwit who thought they were up to the task of torpedoing his chances to be confirmed by embarrassing him or catching him with a gotcha question. With good nature and a wry smile he parried, deflected and demolished with well crafted logic every attempt the liberals made to destroy him.
But it appears that even as the left’s erstwhile desire to find “proof” of his unfitness for the high court has gone unrealized, this is not going to stop them from working to ruin his career, anyway. If their current claims are any indication, the extremists led by partisan mudslinger Chuck Schumer (D, NY) are going to filibuster Gorsuch despite the fact that they have no legal or logical leg upon which to stand.

Whereas some presidents may have only engendered from the media a few major lies only two months into his term, the lies against Trump have already reached into the dozens. The Russians Hacked the Election to Get Trump Elected President
Spurred by lies from Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party, the media has been claiming that the Russians “hacked the 2016 election” to “get Trump elected.” But despite the constant claims by the media, there is not a single shred of evidence to prove this claim.
Hillary helped get the ball rolling by claiming that the Russians hacked the election, but this claim was a 180 degree turnaround from only weeks previous when Obama and his media handmaidens were insisting that the the 2016 elections were not hacked.
Concurrent with this “hacked” lie, the liberal media has been happy to conflate the leaking of the Democrat Party and the Hillary Clinton campaign emails to a hacking. It was not a hacking. The DNC and the Hillary campaign were just run by idiots who lacked the common sense needed for electronic security.

Two dangerous and violent Obama “DREAMERs,” one illegals from Guatemala and the other El Salvador, were arrested for brutally raping a 14-year-old girl right in a Maryland high school bathroom last week. The two males are both nearly past high school age but were put into the 9th grade with 14 and 15 year old American children even as they should never have been allowed into government funded schools at all.
The two monsters, Henry E. Sanchez, 18, and Jose O. Montano, 17, were allowed to enter the ninth grade due to their relative ill-educated ignorance. This is typical with the people who streamed into our country during Obama’s reign of terror on this nation. They have no education, often cannot speak English, and usually can’t even write in their own language, much less English.
Yet these lawbreakers come here, and what is the first thing our left-wing lawmakers allow? That’s right, they let them enter school on our dime. It is also very common for these illegal aliens to be put in grades with children several years younger than they. This is because they are so poorly educated that they simply can’t keep up with kids their own age so lawmakers allow 18-year-olds who should by rights not be allowed into high school at all to be put in with kids four and five years younger than they.
So, these two criminals who raped a 14-year-old girl, who were arrested and are being held without bond should never have been allowed into this country in the first place, much less catered to and given the opportunity of a free education courtesy of the taxpayers of the State of Maryland.

On Wednesday an extremist, left-wing “judge” in Hawaii — who turns out to be Obama’s law school classmate — proved that the law doesn’t mean anything at all to a liberal by issuing an illicit order to halt President Trump’s latest travel order only hours before it was to take effect.
Hawaii District Judge Derrick Watson issued a hold on Trump’s March 6 Executive Order 13780 which was aimed at putting a temporary moratorium on travel from several terror-torn nations. Trump’s order was predicated on a careful review of legal and constitutional rulings, plus national security reasons, to put a temporary halt immigration from six terrorism-prone Muslim countries, all formerly identified as countries of concern by the Obama administration last year. The order to halt the influx of so-called “refugees” from these nations was ordered pending the creation of new screening procedures to exclude those who may in fact be terrorists posing as immigrants or “refugees.”
With his order, this leftist “judge” specifically mentioned two sections of EO 13,780; sections 2 and 6.

Newest Trump Travel Order Block by Hawaii Judge/Obama Pal Proves ‘Law’ Means Nothing to Liberals”

In yet another attempt to turn Ferguson thug Michael Brown into a victim, a new “documentary” filmmaker released a segment of film showing Brown inside the market he was thought to have robbed just before he was shot and killed by a local policeman back in 2014. The filmmaker claimed that is “proved” Brown did not rob the store. But in only a day the whole claim unsurprisingly fell apart.
A segment of film showing 18-year-old Michael Brown in the Ferguson quick-mart was released late last week by documentary film maker Jason Pollock. The filmmaker insisted that the video “proved” that Brown could not have robbed the market on the day he was killed resisting arrest a few blocks away.
The snippet of footage appears in Pollock’s new movie entitled Stranger Fruit. The film appears to be surveillance video from the store that hasn’t been seen in pubic before.

As former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow makes his astonishing debut as a Major League Baseball player with the opening of the New York Mets’ spring training at First Data Field in Port St. Lucie, Florida, ESPN immediately attacked him as a “failure” and a “pretend baseball player” before he made his first play.
For liberal ESPN, sportswriter David Fleming slammed Tim Tebow as engaging in a “relentless pursuit of failure” for daring to try for a second professional sports career after leaving the NFL.
Without question, Tebow had a short NFL career as a quarterback, but during that career, he was the constant butt of jokes and vitriol by the liberal sports media because he is a steadfast Christian who did not shy from expressing his beliefs on the field, in interviews, or with as his off-field philanthropy.
Clearly, Tebow’s religion still sticks in ESPN reporter Fleming’s craw as the player takes a shot at rekindling his college and high school pursuit of baseball. Whatever Fleming’s problem, he is certainly filled with hate and venom for Tebow as a person.
The hate Fleming exhibits for Tebow is thick. Indeed, he calls Tebow a name in nearly every paragraph of his extremely long hit piece. In the article Fleming calls Tebow a “grifter,” says the player is only engaging in his “latest feat of athletic failure,” is an “embarrassment,” is “idiotic,” has “profited from the art of failure,” and his “brand” is “failure incorporated.” And on and on it goes.

There would have been a day when a story saying that teachers were about to be excused from requirements that they be able to read just to avoid charges of racism would have been an entry in an issue of the National Lampoon or even on TheOnion.com. But today, in this day of truly insane liberalism, the idea that liberals don’t care if teachers can read just to avoid charges of racism in hiring is… well, sadly, it’s not even a little surprising.
New York’s Board of Regents is expected to adopt the new recommendation of an education standards task force espousing that the state dump a teacher candidate literacy exam known as the Academic Literacy Skills Test, according to ABC News.
Sadly, that is where we are in the extreme, left-wing state of New York where state education officials are actually contemplating eliminating a reading test to determine if applicants applying for teaching positions can read at sufficient levels.
