Once again The New York Times lends its “paper of record” as a vehicle for Obama’s reelection campaign by leaving out important parts of a story, parts that mitigate in favor of GOP candidate Mitt Romney.
Specifically, the Times is repeating the Obama claim that Romney committed some sort of fraud (team Obama says he’s a “felon”) for his work at Bain Capital, a charge that is false by any reading of the facts.
Yes, once again, The New York Times gives only one side of the story.
In a July 12 piece in The Caucus blog, Times reporter Michael D. Shear once again gave credence to the smear against Romney seen in the deeply flawed reporting of the Boston Globe, a story that appears to be little else but retaliation by the Globe against Romney.

Apparently Buzzfeed’s Michael Hastings has trouble understanding the discourse of the deeper philosophical concepts in which author Dinesh D’Souza has engaged over the years and, like many people that don’t understand something, he just waves off D’Souza’s work as “loony tunes” stuff.
While Obama tries to get America focused on the false claim that Romney outsourced jobs as the chief of Bain Capitol, what was the President doing? Why,
U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder originally said that some 600,000 Texans lacked a voter I.D. and therefore would be disenfranchised by the Texas voter I.D. law, but Department Of Justice lawyers have suddenly upped that number greatly. Holder’s DOJ now claims that 1.4 million otherwise eligible Texas voters don’t have proper I.D.s.
Now we have to ask, who is using the race card in this presidential campaign again? Is it Republicans? Is it Governor Romney? Nope. You got it, it’s the left as we see again with the efforts of a former operative of Soros-funded Media Matters and some of his Old Media pals who have created a video saying that Mitt Romney is too white to appeal to black voters. So much for that new tone, eh?
The Boston Globe wanted readers to think it had a scoop on its Bain Capitol story on July 12. But in the story claiming Romney is lying about leaving Bain in 1999, the Boston Globe not only used the work of other publications and did so without attribution (we call that plagiarism) but, on top of that, the sources used are simply wrong in the claim that Romney stayed at Bain three years after he said he left. It’s all around newspaper fail.
Another odious United Nations treaty may soon come before President Obama and he’s reportedly quite eager to sign onto this one because it may result in the end of our Constitutional Second Amendment rights. It may also turn over to the U.N. the control of the manufacture of all weapons and weapons related items, even hunting arms and related merchandise.
U.S. authorities have tried to assuage American’s fears by telling us, for instance, that the ATT will exclude hunting weapons. But this is quite unlikely as most of the countries involved in negotiations are against excluding such weapons.
Are you a patriotic American that thinks that our American way of life is in danger? Are you a Tea Partier? If so, Obama’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) wants you to know that you might be a terrorist. Or, at least, the DHS wants to characterize you as a potential terrorist, anyway.

Bill Nye “the Science Guy” and CNN are a bit miffed at all those global warming scoffers. They are winning the public debate, beating the “consensus” opinion that global warming — or globaloney — is poised to destroy the planet.
