Chief Justice Roberts Reelected Barack Obama On Thursday

I know many of you may be upset at this article, but I think the election is now over. Obama will get a second term. I don’t say this happily, but barring any really controversial incident that makes Obama look bad — or worse than he is, I should say — it looks to me that he’s now unbeatable, especially by a Mitt Romney.

Now, before you get your undies in a bunch, no this doesn’t mean we should throw in the towel and quit. It always amazes me that people go stampeding directly for the “oh, so you think we should quit” nonsense. I am not saying that, so stow your whining.

To me, the stars seem to be lining up for another Obama win, though certainly one not close to his numbers the first time ’round. Infuriatingly, it is Supreme Court Justice John Roberts that tipped it in for Obama. His giving Obama the supreme win on his socialist takeover of our healthcare system is the win Obama needed to show that he is “on the right track” as far as too many voters will be concerned.

If the Court would have invalidated Obamacare as it should have, Obama would have looked weak. He would have looked the loser. This would have been enough to keep some of his most freebie-loving voters from the polls on voting day and given Romney a fighting chance. But now that “free” healthcare is a big win, the “gimme” set will come out to vote for neo socialist Obama in hopes that in a second term he’ll pay their mortgage and give them a no-work government job.

But even beyond these freebie-grasping, lowlives that will now vote for Obama when many wouldn’t have been excited enough to come out were it a “free” healthcare loss, other Democrat voters who were down on Obama because he seemed to be losing everything lately will now feel energized to come out and vote.

In another sign that our healthcare industry is soon to be just another arm of the Democrat Party, Chicago are Democrat Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky thinks it’s a great idea if doctors unionize.

This will completely end any chance that doctors will care about patients. They will instead become just another uncaring, slipshod union hack that won’t much care about the excellence of his work because he’s protected by union rules. Patients will no longer matter.

Doctors will be just like officious DMV employees. Just like lazy Streets and Sans guys. Like all those little bored, arrogant placemen that work for government.

You, the patient, will no longer matter at all.

Obama specifically said (yes in his own voice) that Obamacare is not a tax when he sold this faux healthcare bill to the American people.

He simply lied. In fact, even after the Supreme Court upheld Obamacare only because it is a tax, Obama’s White House is still claiming it isn’t a tax.

Obama should go down in history are the biggest, most destructive liar ever to sit in the Oval Office.

Differences Between Bush’s ‘Wide Receiver’ Program and Obama’s ‘Fast & Furious’

It’s the difference between a marshmallow and a Mellow Marsh.

The main Democrat talking point to defend Obama’s debacle — Fast & Furious — is to claim that had begun under Pres. Bush. But in fact, the program they’re referring to that was run during Bush’s administration was called “Wide Receiver”, and it had been discontinued over a year before Obama took office. But more egregious than that is that it’s a facile sound-bite that ignores the stark differences between “Wide Receiver” and “Fast & Furious”, and worse, supposed serious journalists and correspondents do not call Democrats to task for it.

Here are the differences in simplest terms:

  • Wide Receiver (WR) was active from 2005 to 2007 (Oct.). Number of guns involved: 400
  • Fast & Furious (F&F) was active from Fall 2009 – 2011. Number of guns involved: 2,000

GUN TRACKING METHODS:

Electronic tracking
WR — RFID trackers installed in guns.
F&F — No electronic tracking.

Surveillance
WR — Actively tracked by airborn surveillance.
F&F — No active surveillance of any kind.

Purchases
WR — Straw purchases recorded & surveilled.
F&F — No recording or surveillance of straw purchasers

Further Explanation: The local ATF field agents were ordered not to follow the straw purchasers. Federal agents were not allowed to interdict the guns and they even ran interference for the smugglers with local law enforcement on multiple occasions to make sure those guns made it across the border.

Aaron Worthing Wins Blow for Free Speech, Then Gets SWATed

Earlier today, *Aaron Worthing’s illicitly imposed muzzle was lifted from him by a successful stay of foolish Judge Vaughey’s “flagrantly unconstitutional prior restraint upon” upon Worthing’s rights to free speech. And then? Well, then some criminal leftist SWATed him.

For those unaware of the details of this story check out Dana Loesch’s May 25 post here. But essentially, a convicted left-wing, domestic terrorist named Brett Kimberlin began a campaign to use nuisance lawsuits and vicious, false accusations to get Mr. Worthing sent to jail because Worthing had the temerity to expose him for the criminal he is.

Then, a dull witted, aged “judge” that has no clue what all these Internets stuff is all about, stepped on Mr. Worthing’s rights to free speech with an illogically constituted injunction.

When the stay of Vaughey’s order summarily quashing Worthing’s right to write blog posts about his ordeal was lifted, that gave back toWorthing his Constitutional right to talk about his situation.

Media’s Disinterest in Abuse of American Indian Women in Boston

The Old Media is really showing its true colors last week by generally ignoring what is going on in the State of Massachusetts where four Cherokee woman have come to meet with Democrat Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren. The candidate is, of course, shunning the Cherokee representatives, but worse is the absence in the national media of news about this effort. Imagine, if you will, the national news cycle that would have been created if a Republican had been the subject of such a meeting of American Native Peoples, those claiming that the Republican was lying about his membership in their tribe?

All week this group of Cherokee women will be in Boston seeking an audience with Democrat Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren. They want to know why Warren continues to claim that she is related by blood to the Cherokee nation despite a complete and utter lack of any documentary proof of the claim.

Cherokee Twila Barnes, for one, is incensed at Warren’s false claims. In a recent interview Barnes scoffed at Warren’s late claims that her prevarication about her Indian blood is “not an issue.”

“Poverty, teen suicide, our health care system,” said Cherokee genealogist Twila Barnes in an interview today with the Herald. “Those are issues and those are the people she stepped on and used to benefit and now she says it’s not an issue. Well, of course, to her it’s not an issue because she doesn’t want to address that she did this.”

Barnes, a Cherokee genealogist, also told another Boston news outlet that Warren’s false claims are “offensive.”

Confiscated: Obama Afraid Latinos Will Attack Him With Forks At Luncheon

Imagine if Bush had insulted his Latino guests like this.

Latinos with forks, that seems to be Obama’s newest fear. At least, that’s the case judging from his actions at this years National Association of Latino Elected Officials (NALEO) luncheon since Obama had the Secret Service confiscate all the dinner forks from the participants at the June 22 event held in Orlando, Florida.

I guess Obama doesn’t worry about millions of illegal immigrants taking our jobs, getting free schooling and social services, but he’ll be darned if they’ll be allowed to eat dinner with forks like a civilized person, at least not with him around, anyway.

Several participants Tweeted that butter knives were banned outright and forks were confiscated as soon as the diners finished eating and before the President entered the room to speak.

Now, these attendees are supposed to be elected officials and their staffs, not just the average Jose off the street. And still Obama feared them enough to take away their forks like they were inmates at a prison or something. I am sure many of these elected officials are wondering what the heck is up with that little bit of distrust?

Dan Amira of New York Magazine has a bit of fun showing photos of all the times that Obama has been in the room with “fork wielding strangers” in the past, but it seems to me that this removal of forks by Obama would have been treated as prima facie evidence of racism if Obama were a Republican President.

What would you say if a Koch Brothers, right-wing effort was pushed on Americans with the knowing assistance of National Public Radio — and big money was paid to NPR for the effort? Would you say that this is an outrage, that NPR’s use of public airwaves to push a right-wing policy idea is a misuse of the journalist’s charge as well as our national airwaves? Well, that is exactly what happened but with a left-wing idea, the policy of so-called campaign-finance reform.

A whistleblower whose career was built on pushing left-wing, anti-free speech campaign donation limitation laws recently blew the lid off the subterfuge that backers of legislation like the disastrous McCain-Feingold campaign-finance law perpetrated to get their way in Washington.

The whistleblower, Sean Treglia, reports that players in this tale of smoke and mirrors were such left-wing foundations as the Pew Charitable Trusts and the Carnegie Corporation, as well as magazines like the liberal The American Prospect, and “news” organizations like National Public Radio.

Of course, it would be one thing if these liberal organizations, magazines and news groups were pushing a left-wing ideal because they truly believed such policies were the best medicine for our troubled political atmosphere, but apparently mere altruistic advocacy is not what went on here. Big, big money was given by these liberal groups to media outlets to help affect these political goals.

Success! Obama Spent $10B to Create 355 Jobs Per Year

Well, after the news from the Obama administration of its “highly successful 1603 tax program” the fantastic program that is responsible for successfully creating literally dozens of jobs at a mere cost of 10 billion tax dollars, why, I don’t want to hear you naysayers out there dissing the big guy again!

The Washington Free Beacon brings us the good news of this great Obama success having received a statement saying:

“The highly successful 1603 tax program has played a critical role in the dramatic expansion of America’s renewable energy industry over the past three years – supporting more than 30,000 renewable energy projects, leveraging more than $25 billion in private sector investments and creating tens of thousands of jobs in installation, construction and operation, as well as up and down the manufacturing supply chain,” said DOE spokesperson Jen Stutsman. “This program has helped to build infrastructure that will spur economic development and job creation in the country over the long-term and ensure the United States can compete in the global clean energy economy.”

That settles it, right?

Well, let’s see how U.S. Representative Cory Gardner (R, Colo.) added up the costs of this “success” at a recent House hearing.

Obama Invokes Nixonian Executive Privilege But Scolded Bush for the Same Thing

Good for me but not for thee is Obama’s refrain as he invoked Executive Privilege to keep hidden his actions with the disastrous Justice Dept. program called Fast & Furious — a program responsible for several deaths of American law enforcement officers as well as hundreds of Mexican citizens.

In 2007 when George W. Bush fired a small handful of U.S. Attorneys, he invoked Executive Privilege to prevent a Democrat controlled Congress from looking into his firings. At that time Obama went before the cameras of the Larry King Show to denounce Bush for hiding “behind Executive Privilege every time there’s something a little shaky taking place.”

Yet now that Congressional investigators are looking into the disastrous and murderous gun running program sponsored by U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, Obama is suddenly invoking the very thing he scolded Bush for using.

RO12 Film Premiere Review: Occupy Unmasked

One of the things we were treated to at this year’s Right Online event, sponsored by Americans for Prosperity, was the world premiere of the documentary film Occupy Unmasked.

The one thing I can say about this film is it is absolutely intense. The amount of violence committed by the “Occupy” leftists is shocking when you see so much of it gathered into one visual presentation. But the behind the scenes lies and the smoke screen deployed to hide who is really behind the creation and launching of this so-called “movement” is just as shocking and this film documents both.

The film features Andrew Breitbart in the first of the two recent films he helped along and stars in (the other being Hating Breitbart — see preview HERE), films that ended up being the last two major projects he finished before he so regrettably passed from us. It is also a production of Citizens United.

Now, by intense, I really mean it. When the film was over I was almost fatigued by all the swirling images of the hate, the violence, the anti-Americanism and the lies from these leftists behind Occupy. It all washed over me like a wave of emotion during the film. In some ways it was over whelming.

White House’s Embarrassing Redo: Obama’s Additions to Prez Bios Distanced

A month ago the President had his tech lackeys add a little something to a host of past president’s biographical webpages on the official White House website causing eyebrows to be raised across the country. At that time team Obama thought would be a great idea to add sections at the end of many presidential bios touting how great Obama is, too. In an admission that they overstepped propriety and now that the outrage has died down, the White House web team has gone back into these pages and pulled the Obama horn-tooting out of the bio proper and put them in a separate area.

In May, many Americans were aghast at the arrogance displayed by Obama for having the temerity to insert himself into so many bios of our illustrious past presidents. Obama added bits touting his own wonderful policy ideas into the bios of such presidents as Lyndon Johnson, Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, Calvin Coolidge, and many others.

Obama was widely criticized over the move and the imprudence was said to have shored up the perception that Barack Obama is President Me, Me, Me. It all embarrassed the White House, as well it should. Even ABC News’ Jake Tapper looked askance at the move saying that the additions are not “historical, but rather something else entirely.”

That something else is arrogance.

Obama to Wisconsin’s Recall Pushing Unions: I Was Just Too Busy To Bother With You

Well, we finally know why President Obama didn’t bother to go to Wisconsin to support Democrat Tom Barrett in the late recall effort so heavily supported by his biggest constituents, the unions. He was just too darn busy.

When asked by a Wisconsin TV reporter from Green Bay why he never got to Wisconsin to campaign for Barrett who was running against Republican superstar Scott Walker, Obama noted that as President he was just too darn busy.

According to the president:

Well, you know, the truth of the matter is that as President of the United States I’ve got a lot of responsibilities, uhhh, I was supportive of Tom and, uh, had been supportive of Tom. Ahhh, but, obviously, uhh, I would like to have seen a different result…

Certainly we can all agree that it really is a “truth of the matter” that being President of the United States is quite a demanding job. But one has to ask that if he was too busy with the myriad of duties he faces as President, why did he have time for about a bazillion fundraisers the very week of the recall election?

Principal Won’t Let Kids Sing Patriotic Song, But Steamy Bieber Hit A-OK

Welcome to PS 90, Coney Island, New York, where grade school Principal Greta Hawkins says the patriotic and popular song Proud to be an America by Lee Greenwood is verboten, but the teen sex song Baby by Justin Bieber is perfectly alright for Kindergartners to sing at their graduation celebration.

Kindergarteners at PS90 have spent weeks practicing the popular patriotic country song made a national hit after the attacks on 9/11. It was to be the finale of their “moving-up” ceremony at the end of the school year on June 20.

But school Principal Greta “the Grinch” Hawkins had other ideas. According to the New York Post, during a recent rehearsal, Hawkins stomped into the class room and ripped the Lee Greenwood CD out of the music player proclaiming the song unfit for little ears to hear.

The Greenwood song has such unfit lyrics as, “And I’m proud to be an American, where at least I know I’m free. And I won’t forget the men who died, who gave that right to me.” Such a bad influence on the kiddies, no?

By contrast, Hawkins seemed to have no problem with the Justin Bieber song that has such scintillating lyrics as, “For you, I would have done whatever. And I just can’t believe we ain’t together,” and, “Are we an item? Girl quit playin.'”

Obama Labor Dept. Forces Journalists to Use Government Issued Computers?

Journalists are crying foul at a new Obama policy that will deny them the right to use their own computers to write stories from economic data issued inside the halls of the Department of Labor. Instead, the DoL says, journalists will have to use government owned computers, government selected software, and government owned Internet transmission lines to write their stories about the data issued by the department.

All news organizations have been ordered to remove their computers, tools, and other electronics from the Department of Labor by June 15 and will not be allowed to bring any of their own electronics into the place from that point forward.

Until this change, the practice had been that the economic data was released to journalists ahead of the official release date in a special “lock-up” room inside the DoL. Reporters then used their own computers and software to write their draft reports and create their graphics and tables on the data. Then, once the release time for the data was reached, the DoL allowed the journalists to transmit their stories from inside the special room over Internet lines that have been installed and paid for by news media outlets.

Chicago Bloggers Onto Obama’s Membership in Communist Group Early

With the news of Stanley Kurtz’ NRO piece about Obama’s membership in a radical, communist-styled political party in Chicago making the rounds today, it is instructive to note that bloggers had all this info years ago, before Obama ran for the White House in 2008.

Back in the late 1990, then State Senate candidate Barack OBama attended meetings in Chicago of the “New Party,” a radical, left-wing pseudo party whose goal was to push very radical leftist ideas and candidates. Obama joined that party and sought openly sought their support.

When all this news came about in 2007 and 2008, Obama’s operatives vehemently denied Obama’s participation with the radical New Party. Kurtz himself wrote of this back in 2008 and was roundly criticized for it.

Today Kurtz is ballyhooing further proof that he was right all along.

Who is the Domestic Terrorist Targeting Conservative Bloggers?

Back on May 24 I posted a story on convicted domestic terrorist Brett Kimberlin who had launched a crusade not only to drag some conservative bloggers to court with nuisance lawsuits, but to try and intimidate them by posting things about their personal lives like phone numbers, addresses and that of the blogger’s family members.

The worst of this attack has been born by blogger Aaron Worthing and Ali Akbar of the National Bloggers Club, the latter the man who came to Worthing’s defense to range a legal team for him.

Worthing was dragged to court by convicted Indiana bomber Kimberlin and after a convoluted case Worthing was actually jailed by a half-wit, elderly judges whose ancient misunderstanding of what goes on on the Internet led to a horribly bad decision that we all expect to have overturned in further proceedings.

Mr. Akbar on the other hand, was attacked by Kimberlin and his henchmen online after affording Aaron Worthing the assistance of his National Blogger’s Club. Michelle Malkin did a great write up of Akbar’s initial involvement in the case on June 6.

Obama Campaign Again Urging Supporters to Report on Non-Believers

Turning back to that page out of Stalin’s handbook for good citizenship, the Obama campaign has revived its program of asking Americans to inform on fellow citizens when they see someone, some organization, some politician, or some news outlet “attacking” the Obammessiah.

Some of you may recall the black eye that team Obama got when it tried to do this before. Obama’s Attack Watch was heavily lampooned.

One of the best tools that the East German and Soviet regimes had to keep the average citizen of their oppressive regimes in line was a program that urged citizens to tattle on their neighbors, that taught children to tell on their parents, and expected workers to rat out their co-workers. If someone came to the government informing on a fellow citizen, that citizen was praised and rewarded.

Now, Team Obama has gone all Stalin on us again with yet another such effort, this one called the Obama Truth Team. The new effort sports a page on the Obama-Biden website where you can “Fight Back: Report an Attack.” (See screen shot of page HERE)

There, Team Obama gravely informs its acolytes that they can “report” on anyone not spouting Team Obama’s mantra.

Received a robo-call or an email forward full of falsehoods? Found a misleading leaflet in your mail?

Tell us about it, and help fight back against the attacks on President Obama and his record.

There is also a hand-dandy form you can fill in to inform on whomever you think is not sufficiently sold on America’s Svengali in Chief.

But, Obama has done this now at least four times. Along with today’s new effort, there was Attack Watch, Fight the Smears, and Flag.gov. Obama has indulged the tattletale system many times in his short tenure at the White House.

The sad fact is that this whole mien is thoroughly anti-American.

The chief form of free speech that our founding fathers were keen to protect was political speech. They wanted no limits on that speech. Not only that but they wanted a political discourse free of intimidation, too.

So, for Team Obama to urge people to inform on each other over matters political is a disgusting, un-American thing to do. Unfortunately, it seems that such unseemly, un-American attitudes form the basis of the Obama worship we’ve become so inundated with these last eight years.

It really is disgusting.

Democrats Violate Equal Pay for Women, Lilly Ledbetter Betrayed

As one of his first official acts, President Barack Obama made a great show of his deep concern for the idea of equal pay for women by signing the Lilly Ledbetter Act, a bill that was supposed to solve that inequity. Sadly, it appears that Obama and his Democrats are only interested in forcing private industry to observe equal pay for women while refusing to hold themselves to that high standard.

In 2009 Obama got a lot of credit for how much he cares about women yet by April of 2012 a study of what women were being paid in his White House showed they were being paid less on average than the men in his office.

But it isn’t just Obama’s hypocrisy that has come to light on the issue of equal pay for women in government. A new survey of the pay of staffers of Senate Democrats shows that they too are paying their workers less than they pay men.

The Free Beacon looked into the pay of Senate staffers and found that 37 Democrats staffers pay females in their offices less than they pay male employees.

Looks like a left-wing, wannabe murderer and convicted domestic terrorist has decided to start threatening several conservative bloggers over their posts about his violent past. The scumbag in question, one Brett Kimberlin, even found the home phone number of one of these bloggers and left a veiled threat to the man’s wife and family.

Robert Stacy McCain of The Other McCain has vacated his house for a while just in case this convicted bomber decides to come calling. I’d say Robert observed a good precaution since this monster called his house and threatened his wife and family and since this leftists is a convicted bomber, and all.

Obama’s Soft Core Porn Video Making Campaign Cash Bundler

The Washington Free Beacon has an amusing tale of strippers, videos, and Obama campaign donation bundlers that is already getting lefties crying foul.

Apparently the Beacon discovered that one of Obama’s big campaign donation bundlers, one Stacii Jae Johnson, produced and starred in a stripper video in 2004 titled, “I Want To Strip For My Man But I Don’t Know How … Unleashing the Naughty Girl In You!,” a video that supposedly instructs “everyday women” to strip for their boyfriends and husbands.

Johnson works in Atlanta. According to the Beacon:

Stacii Jae Johnson, who currently serves as special events director in the office of Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed (D) and has bundled between $50,000 and $100,000 for the Obama reelection campaign, is a former Hollywood actress with extensive connections to the film and television industries.

Apparently Johnson has also been a bit actor in a few movies over the years.

Here we have another union thug acting out a desire for violence. This time it’s Donna Dewitt, the President of the South Carolina AFL-CIO (a grand title for a chief thug, eh?), using a baseball bat to smack a piñata sporting the face of S.C. Gov. Nikki Haley on it.

Now, imagine, folks, if these were Republicans using a ball bat on an effigy of a Democrat Gov. — and a female one at that. This story would be the story of the day all over the news and would go on for weeks at a time. We’d never hear the end of it from the Old Media.

Democrats do it… and crickets.

In fact, if this was a video of Republicans doing such a thing, the GOP candidate for president would be tarred with their actions. Right now we’d be hearing calls from every last Democrat, every last member of the media (but I repeat myself) for Governor Mitt Romney to disavow this violence.

Again. Democrats do it…. and crickets.
