I wrote those words almost 8 years ago now, in a three piecer on the chilling alliance that has been clearly forming between Islam and Communism for the past 2 decades. I hate to interrupt our Memorial Day observations, but this news story is too immediate to ignore.
In an interesting development the House Armed Services Committee unanimously approved of legislation that would block Gitmo, Illinois from coming to fruition. In fact, they’ve blocked any Gitmo terrorist from being transferred anywhere into the interior of the USA. This is a blow to Obama’s desires to shut Gitmo down and to bring terrorists to a prison near you.
In the deep blue sea of the People’s Republic of Chicagoland, Sarah Palin shined like a light of liberty among the darkness of Mayor Richard “King” Daley’s perverse domain. Palin brought hope into the home of President Obama’s cynical “Chicago Way” style of politics, and I was there to witness the May 12 show.

In another perfect example of why the United Nations is a complete waste of time and should be eliminated as useless, news has emerged that the UN’s $732.4 million Haitian relief budget is being wasted mostly on paychecks for UN personnel instead of going to actually help anyone in earthquake ravaged Haiti.

This morning 
I won’t go much into the failed car bomb that could have killed hundreds in times Square, New York last night. I have no new insight into the incident itself but it is obviously the work of al Qaeda-like terrorists.
Recently a baby in Italy was put through horror for his two short days of life in an incident that puts paid to the hypocrisy of those that think that an in vitro human infant is not really a human at all.
