Shepard Fairey is famous for having created one of Obama’s most iconic propaganda campaigns–the Obama “Hope” poster–and for being one of the President’s biggest early fans. But the end of this Fairey tale is at hand as the artist is now saying that Obama’s use of death from the skies turned him against the President.
When asked by TMZ’s paparazzi stringers if after Obama’s first five years in office he’d put a “different word” at the bottom of a re-imagined Obama poster, Fairey ruefully said, “yeah, I’d put a few different ones.”
When pressed on what one might be, Fairey said, “Yeah, how about drones!”
One small area of disagreement between President Obama and the extreme left has been Obama’s use of drone strikes to take out terrorists. The left criticized George W. Bush as a “war criminal” for his use of drones and while the left has not often applied that extreme rhetoric to Obama, they are still quite disappointed that the President has not only continued Bush’s use of drones but ramped that up to new heights.
Now it looks like we can count “Hope” poster artist Shepard Fairey as one of Obama’s newest, on-the-record detractors.

CNN recently made news when it reported that in a break with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, new Iranian President Hassan Rouhani admitted that the Holocaust actually occurred during WWII. Now Iranian authorities are claiming that CNN mistranslated their president’s words. To muddy the waters further CNN admits they used an Iranian government translator and didn’t have their own translators for the interview. Nonetheless, the cabler maintains that its translation is accurate.
Like in the video above, MEMRI has found another Islamic pronouncement from Muslims that all non-Muslims are enemies to all Muslims and must be killed or converted. This time it is an al Qaeda pronouncement that Muslims should never be friends with non-Muslims because all who are not Muslim are enemies of all who are Muslims.
VISA credit card company is now beginning to tell merchants that deal in firearms and firearms related merchandise that their credit transactions are no longer welcome with the credit card bureau. This is the newest front launched by the left to destroy America’s Constitutional rights. 
Piers Morgan got a slap on his own show from no less than Bill Clinton who delivered a not so subtle dig on CNN’s ratings decline.
The Republican establishment led by such folks as Senators Mitch McConnell and John McCain don’t want to fight the Democrats. But after this latest Obamacare funding fight, we have discovered that there is a side they will attack: other Republicans.

Showing the essential hypocrisy just below the surface of all liberals, Paul Nickerson, a so-called “worker’s rights” activist in Maine, filmed himself harassing a ticket agent at a bus terminal after the agent misunderstood his ticket order. The liberal is heard telling the man that he hopes he loses his job to an electronic ticket machine. So much for “worker solidarity,” eh?
Liberal Illinois is one of the most inhospitable states for Constitutional rights in America and because of that and other considerations yet another gun manufacturer is closing up shop in the Land of Lincoln and fleeing to a neighboring state.

CNN has announced that its HLN network will be helmed by television executive Albie Hecht starting September 30. Hecht is a long-time TV executive that has headed up several other channels, but he is also a big donor to the Democrat Party.
