Fox News just found out that the Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is spending thousands of your tax dollars a day on hotel rooms for illegal aliens. One official said this “shouldn’t be happening,” but it is.
Fox found that millions of illegals a year are given temporary status for asylum in the USA and are often given free hotel stays while they wait for a hearing before an immigration judge. Worse, some 600,000 to 800,000 a year don’t bother to show up for their hearings. That means they are wandering about the USA with no accounting for their whereabouts or their legal status.
There are so many, sometimes hundreds per day, that ICE hasn’t anywhere to keep them so they just foot the bill for hotel rooms while they wait. This wait can be weeks and months away from being given their cozy, free hotel rooms paid for by you and me.
Fox found that the numbers of asylum seekers has grown exponentially of late and that these illegals are using “special key words” when they apply for asylum, words the Obama administration has set up as safe words used to give these illegals immediate protected status.

Your Taxes Going to Pay for Hotel Rooms for Illegal Aliens”
A few days ago we talked about how Mexican drug cartels are recruiting members of the U.S. military to act as hit men inside and outside the US. But members or former members of our armed forces aren’t the only ones the cartels are hiring. They are also combing through our own criminal base. But, frighteningly, they are hiring American teenagers, too.

A top assistant to Daniel Coronell, Univision’s vice president of news, took to Facebook to attack Senator Marco Rubio (R, FL) after Rubio spokesman Alex Burgos announced that the Senator was going to give the Republican reply to Obama’s upcoming State of the Union Address.
U.S.-based, Spanish-speaking TV network, Univision, recently aired a shocking expose of the Obama administration’s gun running program — called Fast & Furious — a policy that has ended up in the murder of hundreds of Mexican citizens. Despite this blockbuster report on Obama’s disastrous program and the new accusations that 16 teens were killed by Obama’s guns, neither ABC, CBS, nor NBC have yet said a word during their own news broadcasts about Univision’s report.
In a report on the recent Supreme Court decision reversing parts of Arizona’s immigration law, NBC’s Matt Taibbi gave extensive airtime to an activist for illegal immigration. The woman was shown sitting in a room prominently featuring a poster of Cuban communist, terrorist and murderer, Che Guevara, and among other activists wearing “Legalize Arizona” t-shirts. Yet, NBC labeled this woman a mere housewife and mother without noting her status as essentially a lobbyist against America’s immigration laws.
Good for me but not for thee is Obama’s refrain as he invoked Executive Privilege to keep hidden his actions with the disastrous Justice Dept. program called Fast & Furious — a program responsible for several deaths of American law enforcement officers as well as hundreds of Mexican citizens.
Jose Antonio Vargas is the perfect example of media bias. He presents himself as both an activist for illegal immigrants and a “journalist.” He’s uniquely suited to this claim in today’s PC world, too, because he is himself an “undocumented American,” as he styles it. And in a new interview he also claims that being an illegal alien made him a better journalist.
The Barbi Twins are
When does a columnist write something so utterly absurd that his credibility is forever damaged? I am not sure how to answer that in general terms, but I think at least one journalist answered the question for his own, now thoroughly destroyed veracity. Jonathan Alter of Bloomberg has written one of the most ridiculous, least reality-based assessments yet of the short White House tenure of Barack Obama.
