Secretary of State Clinton’s praise of Margaret Sanger was an endorsement for the doctrine that Hitler used to justify the Holocaust.
One of the most horrendous doctrines to emerge from Charles Darwin’s evolutionary hypothesis was the eugenics movement, instituted by his cousin, Sir Francis Galton. Today’s birth control and abortion, according to apologists for abortion, are merely eugenics updated.
Eugenicists in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, denying God as the creator and designer of the universe, asserted that evolution of species was, according to the Darwinian hypothesis, without design. Unstructured evolution among humans, however, could result in mongrelization of the human race, they said. Eugenics thus may be described as Darwinian evolution in a hurry.

In July of 2008 a national hotel chain manager had a man arrested for displaying a Confederate flag in his hotel room window in Concord, North Carolina. It happened that Concord’s Wingate Inn had booked guests that had come to participate in the annual convention for an organization known as the Sons of Confederate Veterans (SCV), a group that celebrates family ties to that Confederate service of 145 years ago. To be sure the hotel manager knew full well that every guest would be displaying Confederate flags everywhere they went. On shirts, on book bags, on posters, on their cars these dozens of guests had Confederate flags on display. Little flags, medium sized flags, and big flags filled the hotel.
Yet hotel management called the cops on this one guy.
So, what happened? Why did this hotel manager imagine he had the right to force just this one guy, Basil D. Childress of Kentucky, to pull down his flag while ignoring all the others? Why were the police idiotic enough to actually arrest the non-violent and perfectly compliant hotel guest instead of telling the hotel manager that he was acting foolishly?

Seven Republican Senators have this week signed a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano asking for the proof upon which the Department of Homeland Security based its outrageously accusatory report on so-called rightwing extremism in the Untied States.
The seven scold the DHS and the Obama administration for its over-broad generalizations that seem to assume that nearly half the electorate is prone to becoming terrorists merely because they hold right of center political views.
The letter alludes to the central point in this whole episode: that the U.S. government has now determined that the traditional American beliefs of small government and adherence to the Constitution is now suddenly a determinant in forming citizens into homegrown terrorist groups. After 200 years, all of a sudden believing in run-of-the-mill American beliefs makes you a terrorist! These seven Senators want to know why.

Proving that the left cannot tell the difference between “racism” and “criticism,” the AP posted a lengthy March 30 story confusing and conflating the two as it pertains to attacks on President Obama. As far as the AP is concerned it seems the whole country is running around with burning crosses and wearing pointy hoods aiming to cast racial epithets at Obama at every turn. It may as well still be the year 1860 around here.
The AP starts its piece by informing the reader that “racial slurs continue” against the president “despite” his “historic achievement.” But the main problem with the piece is that much of the report details political attacks that aren’t really racial in nature but are instead just those normal sorts of political attacks we see against any president. Granted they are tailored for Obama (like his citizenship and religion questions) but they aren’t really “racial” attacks per se. Still, the AP illegitimately lumps any and all attacks against Obama under the rubric of “racial slurs.”

While many believe that prejudice has diminished over time, it’s not really true. Prejudice is much like the wind: Its direction changes, and the sheltered and well-situated may not sense it, but it’s always blowing on some people somewhere. Put literally, every age has its fashionable biases – and unfashionable people.
This was obvious during the presidential inauguration benediction, given by the Reverend Joseph Lowery. While making a supplication to the Lord, he made the following anachronistic plea:

Our friends over at Radio Equalizer caught liberal radio talker Mike Malloy in a bit of hypocrisy. Malloy obviously thought his wife was a scream as she pretended to be Governor Bobby Jindal portraying him as an outsourced computer tech from India replete with cutsey faux Indian accent. Malloy’s wife acted as if Jindal was the Simpson’s character Apu, or something.

Remember how during the run up to the election, all the left pundits and talking heads and their compatriots in the Old Media said that no white person would vote for Barack Obama? Well, despite the singular fact that Barack Obama convincingly won the popular vote in a country that sees a majority of its voters are white, the Old Media is still insisting that all southerners are slavery-loving, neo-confederates that are no different than they were in 1860.
For the Washington Post, Robert S. McElvaine is here to tell us in “The Red, the Blue and the Gray” that Barack Obama is “just like Lincoln” in the same way that Lincoln didn’t get the south’s vote in 1860. Professor McElvaine also intimates that this is because the south is little different than it was in 1860.
Bet you southerners didn’t know that you are all still slavers and racists, eh?

One has to wonder about the thought process of some people. Dan Gilgoff, Faith reporter with U.S. News and World Report and Huffington Post writer, is a perfect example of what I am talking about. After a February 23 posting on Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal’s Catholic faith, Gilgoff followed up the next day with a post claiming that Sarah Palin fans were smearing Jindal over his supposedly “secret Muslim” faith. Where did Gilgoff get such a ridiculous idea? Why, from just two commenters that posted on his entry of the 23rd, that’s where.
That’s right, just two people claiming in the comments section of his U.S. News post that Jindal was a secret Muslim was enough for Dan Gilgoff to decide that Sarah Palin’s entire support base is smearing Bobby Jindal as a secret Muslim. Just two people. Two nuts is enough for U.S. News and World Report to slander Sarah Palin and all her followers as crazy, racist, hatemongers.

Union shill Ron Gettelfinger wants you to know that if you don’t support unions you are a racist. That’s right. If you don’t want the undemocratic card check bill to pass Congress you are exactly like the negro hanging, civil rights denying, Jim Crow enforcers of the 1950s.
In one of the most disgusting examples of moral equivalence I’ve seen for a long time — at least one not appearing on such low-born sites such as the DailyKos or Huffington Post — Gettelfinger committed the anti-intellectual outrage of positing that hanging black men in the 1950’s is “just like” voting against a bill that would take away the right of prospective union members to be allowed to vote their conscience in secret as all votes in a democracy are traditionally cast.

I don’t have a major commitment to tell the world about Martin Luther King but about the King. So my time dealing with the MLK exposé is very limited; however, I do want to see his holiday revoked. And I do want to see Christian schools refuse to honor his day. Furthermore, I will never quote him without a disclaimer that I do not recommend his aims, actions, activities, associates, or his authorship.
It is incredible that major evangelical and fundamentalist churches and schools honor the memory of King. Following his death, Wheaton College, Westmont College, Fuller Theological Seminary, and Trinity Theological Seminary had memorial services for King! Many churches and schools honor his memory each year.

Martin Luther King, if not a Communist, was a fool and tool of the Communist Party that was actively seeking to overthrow our government in favor of the Soviet Union. Many of them worked for him and the Communist Party at the same time! A few of the main Communists were:
The FBI recruited two former high-ranking Communist Party members, brothers Morris and Jack Childs as informants. This Operation Solo lasted until 1980 and looked into the funding of the Party. Jack revealed that the Soviet government funded the U.S. Communist Party about one million per year! Jack also revealed that New York attorney, Stanley Levison, was the bagman for the hostile foreign government.

Martin Luther King was closely aligned to the Communist philosophy if not the Communist Party. King’s very friendly biographer, David J. Garrow admitted, “King privately described himself as a Marxist.” In his book, he quotes King as saying to his SCLC staff: “We have moved into a new era, which must be an era of revolution….The whole structure of American life must be changed….We are engaged in the class struggle.” Of course, those words are right out the Communist handbook. Need I remind you that it was illegal to be a Communist in those days? The Communist Party was dedicated to overthrow our Constitution and way of life. It was a life and death struggle.
North Carolina Senator Jesse Helms thought, as I do, that the Communists looked for every opportunity to exploit weakness in our nation and used the racial issue to disrupt our government and way of life. That is why they promoted hatred between the races, and Martin Luther King and many white and black liberals permitted themselves to be used to reach that end. Racial war would at least destabilize our nation. King, while he preached non-violence, always seemed to promote violence. I do not pretend to know whether the Communists used King or King used the Communists. I say, “A pox on both their houses.”

A person is not a Christian because he professes to be or because he belongs to a “Christian” Church or because he was baptized. One becomes a Christian when he or she repents, believes in the death and resurrection of Christ. King, according to his own words was not a believer!
We can know much about a person if we study what he has written, and I have spend days reading King. His seminary papers are very revealing as to what he believed and what his motives were. The following papers by King are courtesy of the King family and prove that he was not only not a Christian but far from being a scholar!

One of the easiest charges to prove against King is that he stole much of his material from the time he was 15 years old! King preached his first sermon at Ebenezer Baptist Church but it was taken from Harry Emerson Fosdick’s “Life is What You Make it.” You will note that he chose the leading liberal (Modernist) preacher of the day from whom to steal.
King stole from others all his lifetime. The scholars of the King Papers Project confessed: “King’s plagiarism was a general pattern evident in nearly all of his academic writings….We found that instances of textual appropriation can be seen in his earliest extant writings as well as his dissertation. The pattern is also noticeable in his speeches and sermons throughout his career.” Note that the confession is from King’s own people!

Senate majority leader Harry Reid can be such a tease. On Sunday, the Nevada Democrat suggested that Illinois Gov. Blagojevich’s appointment of Roland Burris to replace The One in what is facetiously called the world’s greatest deliberative body might not be welcomed with open arms.
In his trademark high-pitched voice that thrills Canine-Americans everywhere, Reid said of Burris’s becoming a senator: “It’s going to be very difficult for that to occur.” Then, realizing that his statement could possibly offend felons or other core Democratic constituencies, he backed off slightly with “I’ve learned, being a senator for the time I have, that anything can happen.”
That someone like Reid is the Senate majority leader is corroboration of how right he is.

In 1959, King resigned from the pastorate of Dexter Avenue Baptist and moved to Atlanta to direct the Southern Christian Leadership Conference. In the following year, King became co-pastor with his father of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta.
On June 23, 1963, King led 125,000 people on a Freedom Walk in Detroit, and the March on Washington held August 28 was the largest civil rights demonstration in history with almost 250,000 people in attendance. It was during that march that King made his famous I Have a Dream speech at the Lincoln Memorial. None of the media are willing to reveal that he “borrowed” that theme and words from another black preacher who delivered it at the 1952 Republican Convention. Wonder why?
On a Los Angeles television show, July 21, 1963, four Blacks, including a King representative made their positions clear as to what they wanted from “whitey.” The show was The American Experience and aired on KTTV in Los Angeles and in many other cities. The black participants were Wyatt Walker (representing King), Allen Morrison who was editor of Ebony magazine; Malcolm X, minister of the Nation of Islam; and James Farmer, top honcho of the Congress of Racial Equality.

After assuming the leadership of Dexter Avenue Baptist Church in Montgomery, Alabama, in 1954, Martin Luther King shot to fame because of a local incident involving the local bus system. Rosa Parks, a black seamstress, refused to surrender her seat to a white person and was arrested on December 1, 1955. No one knows what motivated Rosa to refuse to surrender her seat, and she said that she had “no plot or plan.” Who knows? However, we do know that she was an officer in the local chapter of the NAACP and was trained at the Communist Highlander Folk School in Tennessee, and is in the famous photo along with King. Furthermore, we know that she and King corresponded four months before the boycott. Sounds like collusion to me. How about conspiracy? Or maybe she was simply tired.
King came to Rosa Parks’ support and on December 5, he was elected president of the Montgomery Improvement Association. King was now the official spokesman for a civil rights organization. Preaching would henceforth be relegated to the background. Of course, he always intended it to be. Social action was his game from the beginning. Moreover, King never challenged anyone to repent of sin and place personal faith in Christ! King used the church, the Bible, and the gullibility of Blacks to climb to power.

Each year, with the onset of Christmas, we are treated to another gauzy, fluff piece about how great Kwanzaa is by yet another PC spewing newspaper columnist. This year, among many others, we find aggrandizement such as the Progressive’s “Kwanzaa is more relevant than ever in recession,” the Chattanooga Times Free Press with their titled, “Common ground,” or the one from the Providence Journal headlined, “Christmas, Kwanzaa and Hanukkah brighten even the darkest season of the year.”
Several years ago, the Houston Chronicle got in the act with a piece by Leslie Casimir titled “Learning about Kwanzaa from the holiday’s creator.” This one, though, was a bit off the usual track of the how-great-is-Kwanzaa theme because this particular piece celebrated the inventor of the faux holiday, Maulana Karenga, himself. So, instead of merely celebrating this manufactured holiday Casimir amazingly made a hero of the rapist, race monger and violent thug who created it!

Betcha didn’t know that the elected office of Senator of the United States of America was a color coded position? Apparently, Laura Washington of the Chicago Sun-Times thinks it is, anyway, because she is warning that Obama’s “black Senate seat” will be lost because of this mess with Governor Rod Blagojevich getting arrested for trying to sell that “black seat” to the highest bidder.
In hers headlined “Black leaders see Senate seat being hijacked,” Washington is ostensibly reporting on what black community leaders and politicos in Chicago are saying about who should be appointed to fill Obama’s vacant seat. Still, Washington injected quite a lot of her own feelings into the tale of this gnashing of teeth and rending of cloth over the fate of that same seat to the effect that she endorses the idea that Obama’s position in the Senate is officially a “black seat” and should stay that way.

During the campaign, Barack Obama had a singular reaction to nearly every one of his associates, sponsors, advisers and friends that were challenged by his opponents. That was to throw them under his bus, run them over, and drive like a bat outta hell to get away from them. But, now some of them are being hauled back into the bus despite the troubles during the campaign. It seems odd that the media are not remarking on the fact that supposedly discredited advisers and associates are suddenly OK again with team Obama. We are left wondering if Obama really did find these associates unsavory enough from which to disassociate? Or, as it now seems more likely, was he just cynically dumping on them during the campaign so that he could save votes and to appear as if he cared what people thought of his untoward associations?
The most famous of those Obama distanced himself from was the very wrong Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Jr., he of the fiery “God damn” America sermons. Obama spent more than a decade calling Wright a “member of the family” and saying that the wild-eyed hater was his “spiritual advisor.” Obama mentioned him in numerous speeches and even attended book signings with the man. Wright was also such a “friend of the family” that he was close to Obama’s children, like a long lost uncle. When the news first began to come out about how radical Wright was, Obama initially addressed the situation by saying he could never distance himself from the Rev. As the truth of Wright’s hatred for whites and Jews became too obvious to deny, Obama suddenly discovered that Wright was a man he “never knew.” Result: Obama distanced himself from Wright, throwing him under the bus.

Jesse knew it was all over. Now he would have to get a regular job and actually work! No more strong-arming businesses over their alleged “racist” practices. He could no longer count on white guilt. No more affirmative action. No more special treatment for anyone. From now on a person would be accepted for his character not his color! The Christian Conservatives I know have always declared that color and race are irrelevant and all people should be treated like “people.” Not white people or black people but simply people. Jesse and his ilk can no longer declare race as the root cause of every problem and Whitey as the source.
After Nov. 4, it was all over. Obama, the most unprepared, uneducated, unwise, and unlikely candidate in U.S. History was elected to the Oval Office with the support of more than 90% of voting Blacks! Practically every totalitarian world leader from the Communist world to the Islamic World to the Pathetic World of Europe all rejoiced in his election. Jesse knew he could have, should have, and would have been making his acceptance speech–if only. And now it was all over. His future was blowing on the wind.

The Associated Press is worried that Americans might accidentally imagine that the elevation of Barack Obama to the presidency could make people think that blacks in America really can get ahead. The AP is so worried that it sought out a race hustler to deny that blacks can make it here no matter what happened on November 4.
As the AP reports it, apparently young Kari Fulton “cringed” when Barack Obama won the past election. She “cringed” because she heard a white guy say that Obama’s election put a dent in the charge of racism in America. And why did she “cringe”? Why, it’s because “racism is still very much alive and well” she told the AP.
And how does young Kari know this? At 23 she never lived through Jim Crow. She doesn’t remember the days when there were few blacks on TV and blacks in music were segregated to separate genres, not mixing with white singers. She wasn’t around when black CEOs didn’t exist and no blacks roamed the halls of Congress or the White House without pushing a broom. So, how does this 23-year-old girl know that “racism is alive and well”? Because she is a black activist, that’s why.

Although the show was propaganda produced by leftist Norman Lear, no one could accuse “All in the Family” of not being funny. Its protagonist, blue-collar bigot Archie Bunker, is one of those legendary television characters, and one of his uproarious lines is apropos here. It was uttered during a scene in which his daughter, Gloria, passionately asked him, “Daddy, did you know that 65 percent of the people murdered in the last ten years were killed by handguns?” The curmudgeonly patriarch’s reply was classic: “Would it make you feel any better, little girl, if they was pushed outta’ windas’?”
While what follows isn’t the conclusion Lear wanted us to draw, the truth is that many Americans would feel better. People tend to fixate on the boogeyman of their ideology, and they often don’t trouble much about evil when it’s not committed in his name.
We see examples of this phenomenon today, and this brings me to a couple of questions of my own. Can tyranny be visited in the name of only one particular lie? And would it make you feel any better if millions were oppressed or murdered to promote a fashionable lie? The truth is, sadly, millions would feel better.

ABC Channel 7 in Chicago aired a “Special Report” on Sunday night, November 16, in which they gushed that Michelle Obama was going to “break down barriers” for America’s black women. Reporter Cheryl Burton waxed poetic, moon-eyed over the fact that a black woman was soon take her place as first lady of the United States, wife to the president. But, that’s just it… wife to the president. Not to belittle the important role that a wife has in a marriage (or a husband has for that matter), and not to diminish the importance of traditional marriage, but a wife is not an elected position. It is not one with the sort of power to be “transformational.” On top of that, the role of first lady should not be considered a role with power or one capable of transformation!
To be sure, we have to be honest about the triumphalism on Obama’s behalf and realize that it truly is expected, even healthy. Obama marks the final piece of the puzzle of repairing American race relations. Blacks really have gone from the lowest of chattel slavery to seeing one of their own elected to run the country and we should all marvel at and be grateful for that fact. No one should try to belittle this achievement. But, one must be careful not to make of it more than it is. Obama is not the first piece, but the last. We should not celebrate as if he’s the only good break blacks have ever gotten in the US. To do so belittles all the many examples of progress that came before him. And his wife has no formal part in it at all. She was not elected to first lady and she does not hold an office in government.
But ABC can’t help itself.

I really hated Jimmy Carter. I felt Bill Clinton was a disgrace as a man much less a president even though his administration wasn’t half as bad as Carter’s, admittedly. Historically, FDR proved to be a president that introduced more anti-American ideas into our political system than any other. As to the future, Obama could be a humongous disaster for this country. But through all of those horrible leaders of American history, I was still — am still — proud to be an American. I have always been happy to wave the flag or argue our merits with a snooty European, and I’ve always gotten a thrill up my leg on Independence Day (with apologies to Chris Matthews for stealing his obsequiousness). Who the president was didn’t make me less an American, or less willing to be one.
But not so with liberals. So often, it seems that liberals have no self worth unless they win elections. To liberals America cannot be “good” unless liberals are in charge. Without liberals in the lead they cannot be proud of America. This is once again proven by a columnist with the Philadelphia Tribune who has announced to the world that she was never proud of America until the evening of November fourth when The One ascended to the highest office in the land.

The United States of America has in one fell swoop rejected the status quo and elected the first black president. Now that the minorities in this country have seen one of their own elected to the highest office in the land, hopefully we can finally put the race issue to bed and discontinue the Balkanizing of America. Although we have our differences, these differences should not be what identify us. There should not be a hyphen in front of or behind the word American. Profiling should be left to those who investigate crime.
Although I chose to support McCain-Palin, I feel none of the angst that my Democratic brethren expressed at President Bush’s election. I am willing to accept America’s choice in the next leader of this free country. To be perfectly honest, I am relieved that the sky did not fall, Chicago did not succumb to rioting, and there is a relative sense of calm in the air.

On November 5, the Associated Press put out a story on how the so-called Bradley Effect theory is now finished. You’ll remember the Bradley Effect as the effect that was sure to defeat Barack Obama because all whites are secretly racists and, therefore, wouldn’t have voted for the man when it came time. You’ll also remember that just about every wire service and every paper was filled with discussion about all those hick, racist whites and every TV tongue was wagging about it. But, now that this mythic theory has been proven a bust, will the Old Media say much to correct the record?
So, what about it? Are all whites secret racists with the Bradley Effect having proven they won’t vote for a black man, or is it a great humbug now proven faulty? The AP, for its part, comes down on the side of the later. The Bradley Effect is kaput. Several other sources, including NPR and The New York Times, also celebrate the end of the soundness of the Bradley Effect. In fact, quite a few Old Media sources seem happy to kill the Bradley Effect as a sound theory. How could they not? After all, Barack Obama got more votes than the “first black president,” Bill Clinton. It all seems like sunny days are here again. But…
