As scientists unravel the human genome, it is becoming increasingly obvious that there is no such thing as a “race” of humans. All humans share parts of their DNA with almost every other human as it happens, and this is increasingly so as this big world shrinks with cheap, safe, and easy travel. But as science learns more of our DNA we have found that there was intermixing between our human ancestors and the more primitive Neanderthals and that story tends to show just how stupid racists really are.
So, let’s think back to the most common taunt that racists who are related through white, European ancestors offer when assessing darker humans, whether they be Indians, blacks, or others. Don’t they say that their heavy brows or dark features make them out to be “primitives”?
Further, haven’t blacks been portrayed as Neanderthals, dim witted, slow, plodding, animalistic sorts who aren’t as sophisticated as those more learned white folks?

Science Showing How Stupid Racists Really Are”
As a Mac user since the early 90s, I’ve always laughed at Windows users so constantly beset by viruses that destroy their computers. My computer, I would tell them, is safe from that nonsense. That Macs don’t get viruses has been such a common assumption that even Apple said so on its website. But now
Second Amendment, Schmecond Amendment. Google wants you to know that it is thinking of your “safety” as it announces that it has banned anything to do with firearms on its Google Shopping service. That’s what they’ve told
Up to this point, the far left has won the war for branding on the issue of Net Neutrality. Even many conservatives and Republicans have been fooled by the “freedom of the Internet” lies that the left has spun with NN. But the Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli of The Commonwealth of Virginia means to change all that by launching a lawsuit to
Free market advocates have for years been fighting the anti-capitalist left over government control of the Internet, a battle that has reached a temporary plateau when Obama’s Federal Communications Commission (FCC) arbitrarily decided that it was in full control of the Internet and by fiat implemented the left’s long-sought net neutrality rules. This isn’t the only technology kerfuffle that the federal government is involved in, either.
Friend to the blog Adam Graham and his lovely wife Andrea have published a new novel that is an ideal Christmas gift. Titled
If you are as worried as I am about the left’s effort to force ever larger amounts of big government onto our lives, then you should be looking into the issue of Net Neutrality. To that end a few times a week I’ll be posting some links and info about Net Neutrality to help you all get your feet wet on this important issue.
I want everyone to know that I love the comments posters on political blogs. OK, truth be known I love the ones that agree with me. The others, not so much. But I really can see the logic to those that say comments are the worst part of the Internet Tubes. 99% of the time the comments section add nothing but vitriol and pointless blather…. not to mention a dearth of grammar and spelling. While there’s the occasional really detailed and good comment that does add to the thread, the good ones are far and few between.
It’s the age of the computer, right? The day has arrived when our lives are increasingly conducted in cyberspace, online, over cell phones and web enabled devices. So, shouldn’t it be a natural thing that college textbooks begin to migrate to an electronic variety instead of dithering in the old fashioned world of printed paper? You might have an enthusiastic “yes, yes, yes” in mind, but then again you wouldn’t be Obama’s Department of Justice because they say “no, no, no.”
For proof that man can take any great idea and turn it to evil comes a story from Saudi Arabia, our “ally” in the Mideast. This story also shows that advanced electronic technology isn’t always the panacea to life’s troubles that we always imagine it to be. In fact, to women in the oppressive Kingdom of Saudi Arabia it is an Orwellian monstrosity.
