Illegal Alien Arrested for Serial Murder Spree

Another one of Obama’s “DREAMERS” has been nabbed after a state-wide manhunt. This week the Missouri State Patrol arrested an illegal migrant who was suspected of going on a murder spree after being “accidentally” released by federal immigration officials.

Police apprehended Pablo Antonio Serrano-Vitorino around midnight on Wednesday as he fled authorities in central Missouri nearly 175 miles away from the scene of the murder of four people in Kansas City.

Witnesses told Kansas City police that Serrano-Vitorino, a Mexican national, was seen running from the scene of the crime carrying an AK-47 rifle.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials (ICE) said Serrano-Vitorino had already been deported from the U.S. 12 years ago but had illegally re-entered the U.S. sometime before his fingerprints were flagged in the system last September when police in Overland Park, Kansas arrested him for a traffic violation.

ICE officials, though, apologized saying they “regret the error” for sending a retainer order to the wrong police agency resulting in Serrano-Vitorino’s release back into the public.

From there, police say that Serrano-Vitorino eventually killed four men in a home in Kansas City. During the manhunt, Missouri police came across a fifth victim shot as Serrano-Vitorino attempted to evade police. This fifth murder is also being attributed to the suspect.

Serrano-Vitorino was taken into custody as he tried to hide in a ditch after abandoning his vehicle.

Police have not yet determined a motive for Serrano-Vitorino’s murder spree but the investigation continues.

As Jihadi Attacks Are Up Dramatically in USA, Obama Says Conservatives are ‘Dangerous’

Since Barack Obama came to office, his security regime has repeatedly put out reports saying that conservatives, Republicans, patriots, white people, and our military veterans are “dangerous” and need to be watched, quite despite that NONE of these people have caused any troubles. On the other hand, not once has Obama put out a report saying that Muslims are dangerous. And now we get this report from Congress informing us that would-be jihadi attacks are up “dramatically” since 2010.

The new report from the House of Representatives Homeland Security Committee notes that there has been a sharp rise in jihadi terror attempts inside the USA going from the 38 that were identified in 2010 to 124 by 2015.

“The Islamist terror threat in the US homeland has escalated dramatically this year and remains high,” committee chairman Michael McCaul said in the monthly “Terror Threat Snapshot” published Friday. “There have been more US-based jihadist terror cases in 2015 than in any full year since [September 11, 2001].”

Now, remember, this number represents the jihadi threats that the government has identified and cleared, so there are likely many more that they couldn’t report because they are still part of ongoing investigations. So, there are likely many more not on this list.

With the number of jihadi threats growing at a steady rate-and with some of these threats becoming real murders of Americans–it is clear that Islam is the most dangerous problem in America today.

Obama Admin Decides Not to Force FBI to Get Warrants for Email Data

Despite the pressure brought to bear by the public and efforts by Congress, the Obama White House has announced that it will not demand that the FBI get warrants to access email data.

The current law for electronic communications is an ill-fitting scheme that forces law enforcement to get a warrant for emails and other electronic communications that are up to six months old. But for any data older than that the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) only requires a subpoena. But these rules don’t take into account the fact that data can be stored on line for far longer than six months.

The original rules written back in 1986 assumed that such data would be harder and/or expensive to store and might be erased sooner than data is today.

Many Americans want these old, outdated rules changed so it is a bit harder for law enforcement to access American’s electronic communications. Pursuant to that a petition demanding that law enforcement, particularly the FBI, get a warrant for any email data it wants had been turned in to the administration as far back as 2013. Last week the Obama administration finally responded to this petition saying that it won’t require the FBI to change its process for accessing electronic data.

Another Obama Agency Says Conservatives More Dangerous Than Islamic Terrorists

Yet again President Obama and that coterie of anti-American cretins he calls his administration deems conservatives to be more dangerous and worth “watching” than Islamic terrorists. The newest attack on Americans unleashed by Obama is the announcement that the politicized Department of “Justice” is now investigating “far-right” activity on Twitter and other social media.

As The Washington Free Beacon reports, “The Justice Department’s National Institute of Justice (NIJ) awarded Michigan State University $585,719 for the study, which was praised by Eric Holder, the former attorney general, earlier this year.”

“There is currently limited knowledge of the role of technology and computer mediated communications (CMCs), such as Facebook and Twitter, in the dissemination of messages that promote extremist agendas and radicalize individuals to violence,” the NIJ grant reads. “The proposed study will address this gap through a series of qualitative and quantitative analyses of posts from various forms of CMC used by members of both the far-right and Islamic extremist movements.”

Dept. of Homeland Security Report: Patriotic Americans A Danger

Once again we get left-wingers advising government officials that fanatical Islamists and other foreign terrorists are just as bad as patriotic Americans.

A new report titled, “Understanding Law Enforcement Intelligence Processes,” was penned by a cadre of professors at the University of Maryland advising the Department of Homeland Security that foreign threats are just as bad as people who love the Constitution, people who want to observe their Second Amendment rights, and people who love the flag and think America is a great nation.

Yes, these so-called educators are paid with your tax dollars to spread alarm and hate for our own citizens.

The report is a guide for “law enforcement” officials on how to create new intelligence practices.

Obama Administration Employee Who Wanted to Kill White People STILL Has a Job

An employee of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) who was exposed in August as running a website that said that millions of white people needed to be killed and who has called the President a “mulatto faggot” still has not been fired from his $115 thousand a year government job.

Ayo Kimathi, whose responsibilities included handling the purchase of billions of rounds of ammunition for government arsenals, was exposed as a racist supporter of genocide back in August by no less than the left-wing Southern Poverty Law Center.

Not long after we learned that the DHS was buying billions of rounds of ammo–not to mention tanks and armored vehicles–we found that one of the Department’s procurement officers is a racist bent on the genocide of white people.

Ayo Kimathi, who calls himself the “Irritated Genie” on his website, claimed he set up the website to sell concert and lecture videos.

But what actually appeared on his site was a far cry from mere promotional items.

Obama’s Department of Defense Calls Founding Fathers ‘Extremists’

President Obama’s Department of Defense has issued a “teaching” guide that calls our founding fathers “extremists” and advises students that today’s radicals don’t “put on sheets” but will talk of “individual liberties” reports have found.

So, according to Obama’s administration, anyone that talks about freedom and the individual liberties are latent racists–or are somehow hiding their racism–and our founders were radical extremists!

This so-called teaching guide was discovered by Judicial Watch among materials authored by the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, a DoD-funded diversity training center.
