So-called professor Mireille Miller-Young of the University of California at Santa Barbara says she has a legitimate reason for physically attacking a 16-year-old anti-abortion protester in march of this year. She was pregnant, so anti-abortion protests are a “trigger” that makes the disease of pregnancy cause her to go wild. On top of that, “Slavery” made the black “Queer Studies” professor do it, you see?
In March this crazed “professor” attacked the teen and her 21-year-old sister when they took advantage of the school’s “free speech zone” where the pair set up a display to protest abortion.
The “professor” swooped in, physically assaulted the kids and stole their display running away with it to her office where she locked the display away.
Professor Mireille Miller-Young proudly walking off with stolen property just before she assaulted the owner of that property.
“Professor” Miller-Young, who teaches feminist studies and specializes in “queer theory” and also teaches courses in pornography, was later charged with criminal assault.
Apparently this so-called professor of classes unworthy of college study also claims that since she was pregnant at the time of the incident, it seems she was unbalanced–because apparently pregnancy is a disease, don’t you know?
Miller-Young told police that she had a right to attack the anti-abortion protesters because, since she was three-months pregnant, the anti-abortion display “triggered” her.
But the “professor” was forced by the court to pen an apology letter and now she says she had no such right to attack the girls.
Regardless, her actions are being excused by her fellow “professors” one of whom is claiming that “slavery” is the ultimate cause of her rage.
One of this prof’s fellow fake professors–one Eileen Boris of the so-called “Feminist Studies” department–sent a letter of support to the court explaining why Miller-Young looked like she was enjoying her criminal behavior on the video taken last March.
“If she appears smiling on camera,” Boris claimed, “she is ‘wearing the mask,’ that is, she is hiding her actual state through a strategy of self-presentation that is a cultural legacy of slavery.”
That’s right, despite that slavery has been gone for three generations, despite that she’s never experienced it nor had the threat of it in her life, despite that she’s been allowed to become rich teaching a faux class, despite that she is pretty much given carte blanche to act like a thug at work… why it is “slavery” that is oppressing her.
The saddest thing is that these deluded idiots actually believe this crap.
The fact is, Miller-Young should be sentenced to the harshest penalty the law can give for this act of craven thuggery. She abused her position of authority and has now essentially told every distempered leftist that all you have to do is write an insincere “apology” letter and that will paper over any criminal act you perpetrate as long as that criminal act was perpetrated in the name of political correctness.
This is what we are paying our “professors” to teach.
One last point to this, a coda, if you will. This “professor” engaged in actual censorship. Now usually in these situations the side trying to oppress–whether it be a music label, newspaper, the media in general, or a single distempered protestor acting like a thug–are not really engaging in true censorship.
You see, only government can actually perpetrate censorship.
But since this professor is a paid member of the government in her role as a purported teacher paid by state money and carrying the color of authority, her act was actual, government sponsored censorship.
She should be fired for that alone.
**UPDATE ON SENTENCING**
The final legal word on this incident:
Miller-Young was sentenced to 108 hours of community service, 10 hours of anger management, and three years probation for her assault on a group of pro-life students in early March. She was also ordered to pay a small fine and restitution of almost $500.
