Palatine Tea Party Challenge to the Daily Herald: Do Your Job!

From the Palatine Tea Party….

(Palatine, Illinois) – On October 14, 2010 the Palatine Tea Party was able to reach the Daily Herald writer covering the Illinois Congressional 8th district race and asked the following question.

“What is the Daily Herald doing about Representative Melissa Bean (D) not debating, not having open town halls and not answering direct questions from citizens”? Here was our answer, “We are looking into the issue.”

The evidence could not be more compelling. Numerous videos have shown a behavior of Melissa Bean (D) running away from concern citizens wanting to ask questions of their representative. The Palatine Tea Party will continue to follow-up with the Daily Herald for a response to our question until we get a satisfactory answer.

DO YOUR JOB!

  1. I think the official debate is on Wednesday in Grayslake by the League of Women Voters. Bean will be there as will her two opponents.

I don’t want to be picky but asking her to attend Tea Party/Joe Walsh political rallies staged as townhalls is clever but not exactly a shocker when she doesn’t come to her opponent’s campaign rally!

He will get to debate her next week.
