Hugo Schwyzer, a Pasadena City College professor who made a name for himself as a “male feminist,” went on a tear on Twitter admitting that he has no qualifications to be a teacher, that he’s had affairs an his wife with a 23-year-old woman, that he involved himself in inappropriate Internet exchanges à la Anthony Weiner and that he is a “p*ss poor feminist.”
Schwyzer obviously had some sort of breakdown on August 9 when he took to Twitter and went on an hour-long, self-deprecating tirade. All this came after it was revealed that he’d been involved in a sexting scandal with a porn star named Christiana Parriera.
After the Anthony Weiner-like mess was revealed, Schwyzer disappeared from social media, but on Friday he came back with a vengeance.
With near 100 Tweets, Schwyzer admitted that he is a fraud and a “hypocrite.”
He called himself as a “breathtakingly cocky fraud,” and announced that he wanted the truth to come out.
Despite his appearing on TV shows as an “expert” on feminism, the faux professor admitted, “So the real story you all missed is that I talked my way into teaching women’s studies on the basis of 2 undergrad courses only.”
He admitted he’d never published a paper in the field of Women’s Studies as one must do to be a fully credible professor on any subject.
Schwyzer next admitted that his work for The Atlantic and the left-wing website Jezebel, was just a way of getting attention. “I loved the attention more and I was f***ing awesome at getting it,” he Tweeted.
“I appropriated the language of redemption, I knew which buttons to push, I used sex and charm and whiteness and it usually worked,” he claimed.
He went on to admit that during the same week his article condemning relationships where participants were widely separated by age, he, as a married 46-year-old father of two, was having an affair with a 23-year-old woman.
“You can denounce me now,” Schwyzer Tweeted. “I’m out of feminism, not because I don’t believe in it, but because I’m such a p***poor example of it all.”
Schwyzer maintained that he still hadn’t broken and university rules and shouldn’t be fired over his hypocritical behavior–despite that his “penis is all over the internet.”
He promised to give up teaching women’s studies and go back to teaching what he is actually fully qualified to teach: Western Civilization courses.
“For me the motivation was not to get these girls into bed. Sex is only the exclamation point on what you really want. What I am addicted to is affirmation and validation from women… What mattered to me is that they had me on a pedestal, that they thought about me. That is the honest truth.”

Pasadena City College spokesman Juan Gutierrez said that no decisions had been made by college authorities on what to do about these revelations and noted that the college would be there to help with his medical needs whatever they may be.
Of course, the whole idea of “women’s studies” is a fraud and the fact that this guy got away with his own fraudulent claim to be an expert on the subject is proof that the whole field is a joke in the first place.
