Having actually been present and having seen how the media reported the incident, I have come to the conclusion that the media is biased so far to the left that they, like the protestors, aren’t smart enough to know it. For years while Clinton was in office we heard that the reason certain things went unreported was that they needed access to the White House. Back in those halcyon days if you reported anything embarrassing to the White House you were likely to never be allowed back in again.
Maybe Bush needs to recognize that what we’re engaged in here in the US is at the moment a war of words. But a war it is. Maybe he should remember that and start tossing these leftwing skanks out on their ear when they flat out lie. When Clinton nailed people and tossed them out it was for speaking the truth. The left thought that was okay, so I’m certain that it will be okay to throw them out for lying. But who am I kidding? Even most conservatives would be upset with him for doing that. I for one would not be upset. I hate to admit it, but I would have been happy to see him fire every single one of the people in the Justice Department that Clinton replaced after firing the ones who had been there for years. I would have found it difficult to trust them. But I digress.
But here we are with an antiwar protest that was thoroughly shouted down by true patriots and the patriots went either under-reported or unreported completely. I think CBS said there were a few hundred counter-protestors and then reported the antiwar protestors as being there in the tens of thousands. CNN wasn’t much smarter either. The only one that even came close to the truth was FOX. They spent most of their time pointing their cameras into the depths of stupidity so that all of those who weren’t present could see what was actually going on inside of those depths. The preprinted signs were mostly supplied by the World Workers Party and other communist supported organizations. Even the CPA (Communist Part of America) was present. La Rouche’s people even showed up. No surprise there, at least not to me. When the imminent 9/11 attack on the US was discussed in the DUMA La Rouche and his wife were present. I don’t remember either of them saying a word to any of us over here about that discussion either.
Yes I seem to be rambling a little here don’t I? I’m going to do so for another paragraph too.
Part of the point I’m making here is the level of mistrust I have for our media. When the war in Iraq started I remember quite well that the media was constantly saying this was a different war and not a proxy war like Vietnam. They were saying that we weren’t fighting Russia and China through surrogates. The moment they started saying that I knew my suspicions about this war were quite accurate. All of the materiel my sons hauled out of bunkers was either Chinese or Russian. And as soon as we put the heat on Iraq, Russia moved over to Iran. In other words, they moved on to a new set of proxy warriors.
Now just in case I’ve not made myself clear here I’ll openly state it for you. The media is not biased. Let me say it again. The media is not biased. What they really are is a group of communist proxy warriors in the war of words, placed into their positions in order to bring us down. Yes, I’m saying they are the enemy. They lied when they said this wasn’t a proxy war. They’ve covered for the communists and all of our enemies since the start. I could say that they are just stupid, but that would be taking the edge off of it.
But something has changed. The conservatives are waking up. I’ve said for years that the only way to beat the left is to take a few lessons from them. It is a difficult thing to recognize and accept, but it is the truth. We outnumber them and they don’t stand a chance if we respond in kind to what they’ve been doing for years with impunity.
So how does one deal with the media bias? Don’t write a whiney letter to the media outlet in question. You write a threatening letter to them. One that says: ‘We’ve been forced to begin a letter writing campaign to your financial underpinnings. That’s right you communist toad. We’re writing letters to all of your advertisers. We are going to bury you in the past and leave you where you belong. We’ve tolerated your lies for long enough and as amusing as you are, we don’t think it’s that funny anymore. The gloves are off now.’
And then start that letter writing campaign. But we also need to sign on and get out to some of these counter protests in numbers that scare the bejeezus out of them, like we did in D.C. on March 17th. If you’re ready to take the future seriously you might go over to http://www.gatheringofeagles.org/, or one of the many referenced organizations there, and sign on. We lost the war in Vietnam because we didn’t do this. One of the vets commented that nobody stood up for them like this during that war and they weren’t going to let it happen to these guys. One other thing folks…if you don’t vote, then shut your mouth. If you don’t have the guts to vote your mind, then you don’t have the right to speak your mind!
