Stupid Democrat Thinks 225-Year-Old Constitution is 400 Years Old

-By Warner Todd Huston

One of the dumbest democrats in Congress is Texas Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee. She has said many, many stupid things and this week she unleashed another one saying that the U.S., Constitution is 400 years old. This occurred yesterday and I was going to skip the story, but I just can’t let it pass un-mentioned.

This dolt of a human being made the comment on the floor of the House during the debate on the lawless president that sits in the White House. The GOP has floated a law that would hold this criminal president to the law. Plainly enough, the law is titled the Enforce The Law Act and was introduced by Rep. Trey Gowdy (R, SC).

Naturally, Obama is threatening to veto a law that tells him to follow the law. Think about that for a second. Obama wants to be given carte blanche to break the law and is upset anyone would expect him to be a law-abiding chief executive.

This president plans to be a criminal and wants Congress to give him blanket dispensation to be one.

Anyway, this idiot from Texas made to debate the GOP’s effort to hold this lawless president accountable.

Like the President, Sheila Jackson Lee wants to codify Obama’s lawbreaking and give him a pass on his criminality. But during the debate she made to speak as an historian…

Frankly, maybe I should offer a good thanks to the distinguished members of the majority, the Republicans, my chairman, and others for giving us an opportunity to have a deliberative constitutional discussion that reinforces the sanctity of this nation and how well it is that we have lasted some 400 years operating under a Constitution that clearly defines what is constitutional and what is not. The Enforcement Act is not constitutional, but it gives us an opportunity to raise these issues. That’s what freedom is, that’s what the opportunity of democracy is all about.

Four hundred years.

Four hundred years?

The U.S. Constitution was ratified in 1788. That is 225 years ago.

You moron.

And this idiot is an elected official!

Speaking of that, this is the same moron who only a month ago proved she didn’t know what Congress’ job is when she said that she thinks the House should fashion Executive Orders for the President to pass. She is obviously unaware that Congress has no role in EOs. She has a long, long history of making gut wrenchingly stupid comments.
