New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said it was terrorism (Duh. thank you for clearing that up!) and “a particularly cowardly act.”
We don’t need his commentary on the act! We need him to resume surveillance of mosques when leads on possible terror lead to those mosques.
But cowardly?! Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov is a devout Muslim who obeyed the mandates of the Koran and sharia law–which is integrated into Islam as its political commandments.
Attention David: 8 killed without a gun. Most since 911 for NYC. Maybe we should outlaw truck rentals!!!?
Uzbekistan immigrant. Diversity visa lottery program. IRRELEVANT. He was committed to sharia. Bar islamists from the US (and nazis and commies. No difference) regardless of nation of origin.
PBS is pushing again the apologists’ anthem that defend Islam:
Self radicalized – as if that means it’s not a serious threat. When you can recruit an army of murderers by merely presenting an ideology, that’s a serious threat.
Lone wolf – as if that means lone crazy killer. Wrong. He works alone to remain undetected. You don’t need “material support” to kill people! He’s united by the ideology! That’s all soldiers of Islam need.
Muslims have “Muslim Insurance.” That’s the insurance protection that Muslims receive when liberals label Saipov a “radical Muslim extremist.”
When there’s any other political or hate crimes, do we ever call the perpetrators “radical Nazi extremists”? Or “radical KKK extremists”? It’s REDUNDANT!!!!
Muslims get this protection from liberals for one reason: Their hateful ideology is shrouded by a religion, and that religion comes from the third world, people of color, underdogs who hate western civilization.
Islam has been at war with the west and western values and culture for a millennium.
But I have one question. Residents of Germany circa 1939 could not eschew nazism. Muslims in most of the 57 Muslim majority nations today can’t eschew Islam. Sharia law mandates the death penalty for apostasy and blasphemy. Most of those nations have capital punishment for Muslims who want to stop being a Muslim.
I have sympathy for those Muslims who want to stop being Muslim, and I support their struggle.
Muslims in Europe who criticize islamic doctrinal hate and Koranic permission to deceive infidels (“Taqiyyah” or Dissimulation or Deception) are being assassinated by devout Muslims.
I have sympathy for those Muslims, and I support their struggle.
But I have nothing but contempt for people in the US who freely identify themselves with Islam, and freely call themselves Muslim. In the US, You can speak the truth about islam and not be harmed, unless you’re famous. You can call Islam and the law of Islam–Sharia–a totalitarian ideology is insurrectionist to our Constitutional liberties.
Especially, freedom of conscience. That’s the freedom that allows americans to object to something, and opt out of legal mandates that you feel is antithetical to your deeply held beliefs.
