On Tuesday, police arrested Vice President Joe Biden’s niece, Caroline Biden, for striking a police officer when they were called to her Tribeca, New York apartment.
Police say that Biden interfered with police as they tried to break up a fight between her and her roommate. Police say she lunged at one officer and struck at another during the altercation.
Amusingly, as she was arrested, police strapped her to a wheelchair and covered her with a bed sheet to take her to the paddy wagon so that reporters couldn’t see her.
Gee, do you think the cops would have been so thoughtful about a regular person, one not in the family of a high powered politician?
I guess Caroline Biden didn’t listen to the advice of her illustrious Vice Gaffer in Chief when he told everyone they should be using shotguns when confronted by anyone, eh?
Of course the VP has refused to make a statement. No surprise there, eh?
