The disappointing reality is that what may seem like a faceless regulation to most actually has a devastating effect on our local economy and our everyday lives. From a third-generation Bensenville manufacturer struggling to keep up with seemingly endless EPA regulations to a Chicago-based worldwide plane manufacturer blocked from simply doing business in a right-to-work state by an unelected labor board, the message from local job creators is clear and resounding: Washington’s excessive regulations are hurting our economy.
Appropriate and responsible regulations play an important role, but these excessive regulations, written by unelected bureaucrats, have become an assault on American business and the jobs they create. America deserves better.
