A new, independent poll released today shows Bill’s lead over Governor Pat Quinn is growing. The new poll shows Bill now leads Governor Quinn 48 to 35.
More important, Rasmussen has now officially moved this race from a “Toss Up” to “Leans Republican!”
Bill’s vision for solving our fiscal crisis and for putting Illinois back to work is resonating with voters of all political stripes – Republicans, Independents, even Democrats. They want a leader who stands ready to make tough choices and stop runaway spending.
The people deserve a leader who will fight job-killing taxes and will get Illinois working again. But make no mistake, the tax and spending political insiders like Pat Quinn will stop at nothing to keep politics as usual.
