The Put-Back Amendment Update

We’re in the final stretch of gathering signatures for the Put-Back Amendment. We’ve had events in New Lenox, Decatur and Jacksonville and more are scheduled. But it all means nothing without YOU gathering signatures. If we don’t get the signatures, Put-Back won’t be on the ballot in November and we won’t be able to reform our state.

500,000 signatures seems like an insurmountable obstacle to get reform on the ballot in November, but it looks bigger than it really is. All it takes is concerned citizens like you to fill out one sheet of signatures at a time.

If we want to fix Illinois government, it’s up to each of us. One sheet isn’t too much to ask to end the culture of corruption and the games in Springfield, is it?

Access petitions here, print one out and gather 15 signatures. Once done, notarize and send back to us at 715 Erin Drive, Champaign, IL 61822. Together, we CAN reform Illinois.

Thanks for all that you do to help bring Put-Back to the fore and get it on the ballot in November. We aren’t established politicians here, we are a true grassroots organization that relies on people like you to help make this happen. If you believe term limits, ending gerrymandering and public viewing of legislation is the way to reform Springfield, we need your help to make it happen.

Donate $100, $50 or even $25! But most importantly get friends and family to circulation petitions to get signatures. We need 500,000 signatures, a huge but manageable task. Together we can make it happen. Can you commit to getting just 1 sheet of signatures? It’s a small price to pay for a better Illinois.
