9/11 Memorial, New York City
Muslims murdered thousands of Americans on Sept. 11, 2001. Now Muslims want to force authorities that run the 9/11 memorial in New York, the one right at Ground Zero of the attacks, to reprint brochures and possibly even museum displays in Arabic.
The story came out last month in the New York Post which reported that the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee sent a series of complaint letters to the 9/11 memorial saying that the memorial folks are “discriminating” against Muslims.
The brochures are printed in 10 different languages but not Arabic.
“Our fear is that there is a political intention behind the exclusion,” the Post says Raed Jarrar, the ADC’s director of communications and advocacy, said.
For its part, the memorial folks say that nine of the languages on the brochure are spoken by 97 percent of the memorial’s visitors and few of them speak Arabic, so there is no need to include the language.
BizPacReview also reports that these Muslim protesters are trying to force the memorial people to include the history of New York’s “Little Syria” neighborhood.
So, Muslims killed thousands of Americans in the world’s most notorious acts of terror and now people of that same ilk want to force the memorial to those killed to become a mouth piece for their murderers.
Nice, eh?
