Blago: Dats Right, I’m Blacker Dan Obama!

-By Warner Todd Huston

Ah, Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich… if he isn’t a blooming fount of idiocy, well, who is?

In an upcoming interview Blago gave to Esquire Magazine he proclaimed that he was “blacker” than Barack Obama.

Here’s the full quote:

“It’s such a cynical business, and most of the people in the business are full of sh _t and phonies, but I was real, man — and am real. This guy, he was catapulted in on hope and change, what we hope the guy is. What the f_ _k? Everything he’s saying’s on the teleprompter. I’m blacker than Barack Obama. I shined shoes. I grew up in a five-room apartment. My father had a little laundromat in a black community not far from where we lived. I saw it all growing up.”

Hmmm. So, no one is officially “black” unless they once were a shoeshine? Interesting.

And does a white business owner qualify as “black” merely if he situates his business in a “black community”? Very interesting.

Of course, like every good Democrat that makes a racist statement, he’s already “apologized” for it. He called his remarks “stupid, stupid, stupid.” Well, he got that one right at least.

This guy is just a clown. There’s no other way to say it.
